On july 6th I have bought a new yamaha FZS v3 bike from Bangalore wheels, Rajajinagar Bangalore-10, the showroom executive told me that the Bluetooth kit will be connected to your bike as per specification with in next two days, after the two days i visited again to the bangalore wheels Rajajinagar showroom to get Bluetooth kit installation. they fixed the Bluetooth kit to my bike but while signing up in the yamaha motor connect app it is showing that the bike chassis number has been registered to other user, due to this i cant operated my bike properly. this entire signing up process is done by the executive surya and his team, they tried and tried to connect the bike to my yamaha motor application account but in application it is showing that the bike chassis has been registered to other user, not able to use the Bluetooth technology, the bangalore wheels showroom, rajajinagrar Bangalore-560010, (phone.[protected]/8562/9563. [protected]@bangalore wheels.co.in) executives are repeatedly saying the same reason, it has been 8 days but the problem is not solved, every time they are saying silly silly reasons so i need solution to this problem.
Yamaha Motor India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
