In Yamaha showroom, tq .umrkhed, dist yawatmal,
I paid them money 5k in advance at 17jun ...
They told me that parts will available in week..
Bt i got disappointed by them
..so..i wanna cancel my order..and im asking for return..bt i didn't get response and my payment too... it's 26july its too late..
I want my money back... Yamaha is huge brand. How could Yamaha let it happen with their own customer...

    Worst Customer Service

    TL: DR

    I gave my bike for service and after a month, I haven't got my bike back, neither will I get any warranty from Yamaha. Their customer service is the worst and if you are planning to book your bikes through this dealership, please don't.

    Guys,
    If you are reading this, please stay away from booking your bikes from this dealer. I don't want them to fool any more people and it would also be add a fair share to my philanthropy I guess.

    So, I booked a Yamaha MT 15 from this dealer and guess what, I got it delivered after a month from the date that they promised when I transferred my funds. Their excuse was that it was stock counting date and as per this dealer, their stock counting goes on throughout the year. They continued to lie to me about this till I told them that I work in the audit field.

    The following month, they did the first service and the details of which have not been updated to Yamaha website till date, which negates my chances of getting any warranty in future. I only got to know about this after calling Yamaha customer care, although tbh they are another useless bunch.

    So coming to the matter, one day, almost after two months I guess, I couldn't start my bike and when checked, I found that the wiring harness have been destroyed by rats. There were four two wheelers kept at the same place, and guess what, only this bike was ruined.

    So they took my bike back to their showroom, and for a week, there was no proper reply from them. Finally, I had to tell them that I would make someone of influence to call them that made them to do atleast something on their end.

    That day, they told us that I won't be getting any warranty for this cause (they have promised me five year guarantee when I booked my bike with full cash). I said fine I'll call your senior officers and explain the situation and guess what, they told me that they can't provide his number. I mean, I didn't intentionally place rats in them, it's the fault of their design. This is the level of customer service you get here. The employees care about their senior officials only. You are treated very sweet till they get our money and after that, you will be treated like trash.

    Eventually, I had no other way of knowing about the warranty, so I thought I would pay them the money. The next week, they told me that they have made the order and in normal cases, it'll be delivered in 14 days but it would come early, since it's placed as an emergency order. I called them each and everyday during this period, and they answered occasionally that everything will be fine and wait for 14 days. The answer that I got next week is that I have to wait for another 14 days and maybe another 14 days and so on. They don't talk with respect anymore. It's like I owe them something when it's actually the other way around. They also told me to use my bike with the old wiring kit, on which the indicators and horns does not work.

    It's been a month since I gave my bike for service and I haven't got any warranty claim, I haven't got my bike and I haven't even got a proper reply from them.This has been a huge drain of my time, money and mental health. Anyone who took their time to read all this, thankyou and please don't book your bikes through this dealership (I wouldn't suggest this brand either but Idk other dealerships may be different).

      I have requested for spare for my Ray ZR on 21/06/2021 in Silvassa Yamaha store for damaged parts. Advance payment given for the spare parts. Follow up for parts on 01/07/2021, they told company closed for 10 days and unable to supply parts. Second follow up taken on 23/07/2021 but the store have not available the parts. Again he contact their group where he has posted for the parts, no one have the parts.
      When the parts will the will come to store and when I will repair my vehicle.
      If the yamaha service provider will not available the parts why should they sale the vehicle?
      When my servicing date is one day delayed they will not accept the free servicing and i have paid for the same. So if they will not provide spare for the same a time frame then what should be action for them?
      I have purchased my vehicle on 2017, its is around 4 years(not completed). There is a problem in self start due to battery drainage as after running some time vehicle start on self start. Battery self life is 3 years and on usage it extended up to 10 years as per recommeded by the battery manufactured company. I always made servicing in yamaha servicing centre, I think my battery has been replaced during servicing. so that this problem may be occur for the same as sudden such problem occur after last second servicing from AMC.

          Dear sir,

          Good evening.

          I am Rajesh Kumar staying at kumbakonam Tamil nadu 612001.

          I am giving my yamaha ray two wheeler for normal service at Mithun Motors, 13 TNSTC TMNSANGAM, KUMBAKONAM 612001.

          But, till date i did not get my bike and any information from service centre. I am very sorry to say the same level going in service manner Defiantly it will give bad result in your product in the market.

          Please take necessary actions to get my serviced bike very soon.

          I am not happy about your yamaha service.

          Please improve your performance in bike service and make sure its doing well to make good mileage in service.

              Today I have visited ESSEM TEKNO SERVICES PVT LTD Ankurhati Howrah for booking of Yamaha FZ-X Copper Colour. I have booked the mentioned bike with paying rs 5000/- cash. They told us that you have to wait for august last week as because bike is not available.Since from past 10 years I am using Yamaha bike.. I have already bought 2 no's Yamaha YZF R15 version 1 then Version 2.Today I am shocked after heard the news of delayed delivery.

              My earnest request to you kindly look after my delivery matter on urgent basis as because I was the customer from past 10 years of Yamaha.

              Kindly find the attachment of my FZ-X Copper Colour booking invoice.

                I have bought new Yamaha FZS 25 bike from Bangalore Wheels in March 26th 2021 and after 3 months, i have faced an oil leak issue and at the same time first service has to be done so i submitted by bike to Bangalore wheels service center for 1st service and asked them to fix oil leak issue but then have not fixed it again issue arised whenever i go speed more than 60kmph, my right pant and shoes will become gull of oil and again i visit bangalore wheels service center and they told its fixed but still issue is there and i have to travel 130 kms to reach service center and now again i have to go to resolve my issue. But i dont have trust in them and i really lost my interest in this new bike due to this bigger issue. Now they have to pay atleast my travel charges as every one know the fuel prices reached the sky and still if they are not able to give glod service and if they fail to resolve my issue then i dont want this bike. They have to refund...

                    1st issue:

                    I have been facing a lot of problems during serving.

                    I purchased the vehicle from Ashok motors in and this is the first time I visited Ashok motors for the servicing for the free 4th service of a vehicle.

                    There is no proper response from executives and managers.

                    I followed for three times only for the water wash of the vehicle and there was no proper response and all parts of the bike are greasy and oililY. there was no proper procedure was followed up. even they did not provide the chain lubrication also. I believe servicing is not done by them. At last, we need to pay the bill to them.

                    I was a regular customer for Sri Ganesh Motors. which I was serviced for a couple of times I found no issue and the service was good.

                    Ashok motors are not even practicing the standard servicing guidelines and it is very worst.

                    2nd issue:

                    I am very curious and surprised that How the stainless steel is forming rust on my bike front disk.

                    Please explain to me the reason why it is forming the rust. I purchased a brand new vehicle a year ago. still is it is mysterious that the front disk is rusted and the back disk is normal.
                    Please let me know the reason and replacement procedure of the disk.

                    3rd Issues:

                    At the time of purchase of the vehicle a year ago and I paid the extra warranty at the time of purchase.

                    Till now I didn't receive the extra warranty from the dealer. I followed up multiple times by visiting the showroom and no response.

                    Can I get the ETA for the extra warranty?

                        I have given my new Yamaha Ray Z 125 to Yamaha service centre at Kalamassery on 30.06.2021 as the scooter's battery became complaint within a month of purchase. Now even after 2 weeks of repeted enquiries, still they haven't rectified the issue. I am getting a poor response from the Service Center officials.

                          Tensioner in new r15 bike which i got devilered in feb2021 got damaged somedays after first service but they haven't given any warranty, i paid from hand. Again same problem came after onemonth gave to the showroom and they repaired without changing which they haven't me, but for free. But again after 7 days the same with extra repair of tensioner chain and two others parts got damaged. But the showroom is not giving any warranty and i am also ready as it is small amout, but the problem bike is just four months old it stayed morethan two in showroom which is morethan half of its service. But still no one is responding and how can we trust your brand which believed before buying. if the product is fault company has to be responsible, which the warranty means. Atleast now are you going to respomd or not.

                            This is in reference to my last visit at Ambuj Yamaha service center in Patparganj which i visited on 14/06/2021 . During servicing they scratched my fuel tank and when i complained about it and asked them to change it they without my knowledge wrote on my job card that the tank was previously scratched. This is not done i don't expect this kind of service from Yamaha and want my tank to get replaced as soon as possible as it was there fault not mine. I already registered one complaint before in which I got response from yamaha that I have to visit yamaha authorised service centre they will assist me but when I visited there they weren't helpful and said they cannot do anything if i am not willing to pay the amount. This is not tolerable from yamaha, how they can put there fault on me. Yamaha should take any strict action against Ambuj Yamaha, Ambuj yamaha is full of foolish people. So kindly replace my tank cover as soon as possible.

                                Hi, I purchased a yamaha FZX bike on 25 june 2021. Its more than 20 days after my purchase was happened, but I have not received my number plates. Also when I tried contacting the dealer, he is not ready to help and says the number series is pending. Very bad after sales experience.

                                  My AMC no is[protected], I have given my yamaha fascino bearing registration no OD 14M 0600 on dt. 12.07.2021 for general services and break shoe change. During service they said the break wire is required I said ok change it if required. After some time they said while opening the excel it got damaged and lathe work is needed to be done so we cannot deliver the vehicle today and you can collect it by next day. Yesterday I went to the service centre again they said we will give the vehicle next day. Today also they are uncertain about delivering the vehicle. Is this the way we should expect it while going for service to your authorised workshop.
                                  The authorised service centre name is Rev Motors, plot no B-25, Industrial estate, Rourkela. Odisha
                                  Please look into this matter ASAP.

                                    I booked Yamaha FZX online on the date of launch. Due to personal reason I had to cancel it. Now Yamaha is telling me to take refund from dealership. But dealership is saying they haven't got any money from Yamaha. It is so confusing. Very disappointed.

                                      On july 6th I have bought a new yamaha FZS v3 bike from Bangalore wheels, Rajajinagar Bangalore-10, the showroom executive told me that the Bluetooth kit will be connected to your bike as per specification with in next two days, after the two days i visited again to the bangalore wheels Rajajinagar showroom to get Bluetooth kit installation. they fixed the Bluetooth kit to my bike but while signing up in the yamaha motor connect app it is showing that the bike chassis number has been registered to other user, due to this i cant operated my bike properly. this entire signing up process is done by the executive surya and his team, they tried and tried to connect the bike to my yamaha motor application account but in application it is showing that the bike chassis has been registered to other user, not able to use the Bluetooth technology, the bangalore wheels showroom, rajajinagrar Bangalore-560010, (phone.[protected]/8562/9563. [protected]@bangalore wheels.co.in) executives are repeatedly saying the same reason, it has been 8 days but the problem is not solved, every time they are saying silly silly reasons so i need solution to this problem.
                                      Yamaha Motor India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Bangalore wheels showroom is the worst bike showroom i have ever visited, technicians are lacking in techniques they need proper training to service/ handle the branded yamaha bike.they are spoiling the brand yamaha with their poor skills and in efficiency...
