Quality Issues in Yamaha fascino

I have bought Yamaha fascino 125 on Feb 2020 yesterday bike battery got dead. I don't how this kind of bad quality battery used in yamaha brand. I am very much disappointed with this poor quality.

Sir,
I purchased yamaha MT-15 last yr in feb from JM Motors (noida) . Now a week ago bike engine started making (tik-tik ) sound. When i visited dealer in dehradun ( Planet Yamaha), they said that its a rockers problem . They also said that bike repair may take any numbers of days or even months. I had only one bike and my job profile includes commuting very much ...so please arrange my bike repair process/parts as soon as possible as i am facing lot of problems.
It is very disappointing that bike fails after an year of purchase .

    I have recently serviced my FZ-S in CAG Enterprises Amman nagar, Sathy road, Coimbatore.

    Invoice no: SRJI2021443

    1. The service engineer was rude and changed my spark plug without any prior information. My old spark plug was costly than the changed one.

    2. I have asked to change the front disk brake reservoir tank screws as it is rusted. But after multiple reminders also he ignored that. Attached the reference.

    3. I have been waiting in the sevice lobby for long time without any proper reason
    All service personal were talking casually qnd dis not welcomed customer.

    This is one such nightmare i faced during the service. And now i have been asked to come to service centre again for redoing their mistake. I have to travel long back again to rectify their mistake?

    Even in yamha website, iam not allowed to submit complaint with my bike model. Only new models are allowed.

    I need proper justification for this.

      Sir,

      I am Vasant amheda From a small town of Veraval district gir somnath, after buying a yamaha FZ-S version 3 in February 2020 the bike runs good for a while, but from last couple of months there are certain issues which I would like to share with you

      1) The bettry of bike require a maintenance but after servicing the bike at yamaha platinum at veraval also it looks as it is

      2)orange indication besides speedometer is on.which shows something is wrong with the bike or engine, but whenever I have shown this thing to yamaha Veraval they told me that it is indication for the software updation on your bike and nothing else.
      Even though they told me that this indication will be fixed in some time but I have waited for almost 6 month, no any solution provided from your end.

      3) overall service and maintenance quality is also poor.

      I am a loyal costumer of yamaha which needed a better services.

          Requested invoice not receiving for registration

          I contacted Yamaha dealer many times but they always told me we are working your request will provide tomorrow and when I called next than same reason they told me still not getting any update. And when I complaint to the company they told me we have forwarded your query to concern team they will let you know within two working days but it's been 1 week to file a complaint in company same reason told me every time when I took the follow up I am taking follow through customer care number which is 18004201600 also from the mail but I haven't received any answer on mail.           How many days your concern team will take to resolve this issue it's more that one week I already Registered my complaint with your toll free number and dealer when I called you team they always told me we haver forwarded you issue with concern team please give 2 days tell how long is your days it's very ridiculous my RTO fine is increasing day by day you have to be reimburse that fees can you do that. I am going to file a complaint to consumer Court about this.

                  I have a fzs be bike which is 11 month older and 17000 km completed. Due to suspension problem I changed rear suspension on 22 june. But after one week the suspension got damage again with serious issues. I changed the suspension from pothan and pothan automobile kannur kerala. And the suspension spring soil also look like older. Now am going to make a complaint in consumer court against the serve center and yamaha india automobiles

                    I ordered my spare for Yamaha R15 V3 bs6 before 3 month ago(30/03/2021) at "vinayaga motors kaveripattinam, krishnagiri". But till date(02/07/2021) they are said spare not received. Yamaha R15 is my dream bike, I got it, but your service not satisfied.                       Fzs v3 /Bs6 vibration issue

                      Hello I have an issue with my FZS V3 Dark Knight edition bought on November 26 2020. upon crossing 4500rpm, a strange vibration occurring from engine bed which travels to footrest, handle bar and even to tank panel and mirrors. I explained this issue to service manager and they tried everything even opening the head valve(service manager said). The vibration starting from 4750 rpm and ranging to 5400 rpm. Clocked kms 15000 as on 2nd july....

                        I am suyambu raja from thoothukudi, i bought Yamaha Fascino last year in Elim Motors tuticorin .there is a vobling in the front break so i asked to check it on the second free service on march 2021 and ask to change the oil but they have only changed the oil and not done the water service and not seen the problem which i mentioned earlier, while leaving the bike for service itself i inform about the complaints in my bike and they asked to collect the bike on the same day evening 6 clk and my token number is 6, i called to executive over phone to ask the price for the oil change and repair which he informed he told 654 rupees and he says your bike work going on come after 1hr .i went to the showroom at 6.15 pm but still the work not yet completed they ask me to wait for sometimes so i waited after 45 mins they brought my bike i started my bike for the checkup i found the same pbm and they have not done any water service and simply wipe with clothes.i complaint to the manager he says we will check completely and give you back and ask me wait for 30 mins but they gave my bike on 8.45 pm without my complaint solved but they gave the bike which came after my bike .still the pbm not yet solved ..(28.06.2021 ) i went for the third service my km reading is 7342 but they told date gone we cant do free service and i says will pay .the main complaint is automatic race in my bike so i ask the executive to do the general check up and vobling in the front side they asked to collect on the same day evening, i called around 5 pm to ask for amount but the executive says still ur bike work not solved and ask me to get it on the next day with worst response, then next day i called they ask me to pick at evening i went around 5.30 i got the bill amount of Rs.1492 without solving my pbm and i called the manager Mr.Rajkumar and told the complain he ask me to wait and they gave my bike at 8.15 pm without clearing the pbm, waited more than 2 hrs and still the pbm has not solved, i ask the reason but they r simply saying some stories .i have never seen such a showroom like this in tuticorin, not only me getting worst experinence but many r getting the same and the rates for the paid service is very high compared to the private serivce ..sorry to say, your company is the top most leading company in the world but this showroom spoiling your name please take an immediate action and solve the customer problem and satisfy them with good service .if customer is satisfied with the good service ur company will grow more and more ..they will make u grow higher and higher .

                              My bike FZ25 tank got breaked by the mechanic who is working on my bike
                              My bike is all good in condition no part was broken at the time of submitting the bike to the mechanic at YAMAHA old service centre RAJOURI GARDEN DELHI SCOOTERS.
                              Pleae help me to get my bike repaired by the service centre because they are responsible for the condition Of my bike .

                                RESPECTED HIGHER AUTHORITIES OF YAMAHA

                                I Master Anirudha Ashok Chavan, I had purchased a Moto bike i.e. Yamaha Fz BS-IV from VRB Motors, Borivali West, Mumbai as on date 16/01/2020.
                                He had promised to give my Motor bike with Registration number in 20 to 25 days. As he has delivered the bike without any registration number.

                                This motor Bike has been purchased on Loan with IDFC BANK, and I am paying all Installment on time.

                                He havn't paid the taxes before due dates. Due to unpaid taxes my registration has stopped.

                                He is still promising that he will give registration number.
                                I had visited more than 40 times, but they are giving silly answers.

                                I had faced alot of problems, I can't even drive my own motor bike, Corps had caught me 2 to 3 times and I had paid penalties(Fine)for driving motor bike without registration number.

                                Follwing are my Moto Bike details :-

                                Make :- YAMAHA.
                                Model :- FZ BS IV.
                                Chasis No. :- ME1RG4495K0011512.
                                ENGINE No. :- G3J3E0458425.

                                I need compensation for this motor bike or arrange a Newest version of Yamaha Fz BS6.

                                  Shope kiper billing total amount 2080.Hesaid to me only cash transaction will be done no other digital transformation yet. I said why r u not collect the money from digitali? Then they told me 2% extra charge in total amount. I asked why? No answer.
                                  I paid 40 rupes extra.
                                  I asked when we r pay digitali why we r pay extra charges?
