Good evening. This is Ahamed Saifullah. M.H. I have bought R15 version 3.0 from Innovative Motors, Tirunelveli on October 30, 2018. Chase number - ME1RG5219J0034647 & Engine number - G3K5E0038287. I'm doing all of my bike maintainence at Hameedha Autos (No. 1499/1A, 1B, Parvathi theatre Near, Joint Bye-Pass Road, Tirunelveli - 627006), till I bought the bike. And I have 5 years warranty on engine and i'm maintaining my bike with regular service on correct date without fail. When I handover my bike on my last service at Hameedha Autos, my bike was perfectly fine. But after service, there was a heavy leakage of smoke in my bike's silencer and also I felt that the engine was not mine while driving. When I asked about it at that showroom, they have told that the bike's engine got failed. I don't know whether it's really an engine fault or showroom's fault. And I want to know the exact reason for this failure because I have maintained my bike very well based on the user's manual and I have all the proof of maintainence & services. So it will be good if you take necessary steps to find it. And if it's really an engine failure I want engine replacement.
If I didn't get necessary actions, next step of me will be file a case about this issue at consumer court.
