Dear Sir,
On 13-April 2021 we have bought Yamaha FZS bike from R M Motors, Dahisar West. Mumbai - 400068. India
From day one there is an issue of engine light which remains on while riding the bike.
We have already indicated this to R M Motors and were told that the fault would be rectified during the first service which is after a month.
I am yet to get the RTO registration number.

This is my first bike and i bought it with all enthu and happiness. But because of this engine light issue, I am bit worried and not happy with Yamaha.
Request your intervention to sort out the issue of engine light.

    Delay in getting RC book and number plate

    I have purchased a yamaha bike (yamaha Cygnus ray ZR) on Jan 29, 2021 with a Reg no.TN 63 CZ1355. Chassis no+ME1SEG441M0022832. I have got my RC book from net. But on approaching my dealer. He is telling I will come soon but, it been about six months, still I didn't get number plate and registration copy. Kindly take actions and do the needful, thanks in advance....

      Today(26/4/2021)@ the time between 5:30 to 6:00pm, I took the delivery of yamaha fz25 bs6 model, which actually had a damaged engine may be, I don't know...
      My problems are here;
      1.While riding this bike it won't go above than
      40 kmph at any gear.
      2.engine of this bike gets terrifically over
      heated even it is riding at 30 to 40 kmph.
      3. My bike kept jerking off while reving
      throttle.
      4. Its been 2 hour since i have parked my bike
      but still its in heavy heat.
      5. Black smoke coming from my bikes
      silencer/exhaust..

      Its a new bike and it haven't complete 6 hours of after delivery, not yet now what i want is, they should provide me a new bike.. and no further compromise...
      If they don't provide me a new bike i will take further actions...

        I baught a new Ray ZR 125 scooty in guduvancheri showroom . I was go for one week before is not properly explain full detail and worst communication. I asked to what is occurring this scooty then he said a detail otherwise will be silent.

            The veichle was given on 22 april 2021 veichle details: Yamaha Rayz Ts08 EP7913, I have given my veichle concern was having a issue with pickup, they given a estimation of 3000 INR we were okay with that after 2 days when we went to receive our veichle, the veichle wasn't giving any pickup, and without my concern they given my veichle to outside mechanic, and with out my knowledge they have changed spare parts without approaching to me if my mobile wasn't reachable they need to call me again rather than doing things according to own decisions and not even showing the replaced spare parts and made an estimation bill of 6500 INR and when we approach asking they were using unparlimentary language, we need a immediate action to be taken or else we will approach consumer court.

                I have purchased the Yamaha MT 15 bike on 13 April 2021. Showroom employee had promised me of giving helmet by placing order within 10 days of purchase and registration, as they don’t have stock at the time of purchase …. And its 15 days now still I didn’t get the helmet from the company…….i suggested him that I’ll buy a helmet from 3rd parties other than showroom as they don’t have the stock…….but they denied the proposal, saying its not possible to register the vehicle with helmet invoice bought from outside other than showroom…..

                The service and hospitality at the yamaha showroom gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam (platinum motors) is too bad.

                  I have given my Yamaha FZ Fi in the service centre at Sambalpur, Odisha
                  It has been more than 7 days they are not able to deliver the vehicle to me
                  The mechanics are not able to find out the fault and giving excuses of mon availability of parts
                  There is no one to take the authority

                  I dont think with this service standard I will never go for Yamaha bikes/ Scooter in future rather I would suggest anyone for the same

                      I have purchased MT 15 on November 2019, @ Vasudha Yamaha, sainikpuri.As promised by the dealer I have to get a complimentary jacket.But till date i.e 19 Apr 2021.I haven't received my jacket. I have visited the dealer for more than 15 times and even reached out to customer care.
                      Now they are saying that it is out of offer and you cannot get the jacket as it was only 10, 000 jackets and 3000 hemlets.but when I checked the sales report of Yamaha there were around 5 thousands vehicles sold in 2019

                      I need a quick and permanent solution from Yamaha either I want my jacket as promised or refund the jacket amount.

                          I gave my bike to your branch
                          Evergreen Yamaha service center, Thookkulam paravoor, Alappuzha kerala.

                          Repairing the disk plate i was pointing to did not correct them. I said about them all the complaints, then they estimated the cost of Rs 5600, then i gave them my bike to service after few hours they Called me and want to change disk complaints is was take cost of more than 2000. Then i said to them. Just try first if you can't solve it well then cancel the work of chain and socket and do the break work properly..
                          But after 2 days they said to me they give my bike to laith service and... Charged final bill amount of 6541...but the front break is still not corrected... And they didn't not solve my self start problem correctly.. Now I m facing some missing in self start plz take necessary action and take a value to my money

                                But when I done service of my bike it can run smoothly and I'll check the oil it's not in good condition
                                If they charged me for oil change but oil has not good smoothie and engine became over heat

                                  I have bought a Yamaha Bike Model (R15 V3, thunder Gray ) from the dealer (Roshan Yamaha Jaipur) date 31/03/2020
                                  Since the day i have bought the bike, i have been facing a defective handle and the issue has not been resolved by the dealer so far.
                                  I have made complaints earlier as well and they make no serious effort to resolve the issue.
                                  I feel totally dissatisfied with the Vehicle and service provided by you.

                                  I therefore request you look into the matter asap else i would be bound to take legal action and go to social media to spread the word of poor quality and poor customer service.

                                    Hi Sir/Madam,
                                    This is Nishanthan R from Trichy, I bought Yamaha FZS-FI V3 BS6 Bike in June/2020.
                                    Within 1500kms left side tank cover got broken and I consulted with my dealer and they put some glue to broken areas but this is not the permanent solution. Even after applying glue, the gap is still showing on my bike.
                                    I placed my trust in Yamaha but it feels like I have been given a faulty product.
                                    So kindly give me a replacement for the tank cover.

                                      I have purchased r15v3 on 6 dec2020.The metre of my bike is not working properly it was defective and i complaint about itto the dealer i.e. Fastrack alliance yamaha, Lucknow on 27 dec 2020. But till now it has not been replaced the dealer always tells to wait for 15 -20 days everytime but hasn't changed my metre. He keeps on telling that the company is sending new metre but haven't solved my issue. So please help me in this concern.
