I visited service center today to get delivery of my R15 V3, Which I gave them to service and change spare parts. I was shocked after seeing my bill of Rs.30, 677. This number didn't shocked me what really shocked me is following
1. They are charging more than MRP on some of spare parts
2. They are not providing a GST Invoice
3. They are charging too much service charge.

My brother is using R15 V3 for past six months and the bike have driven 3100km and now it is on the service due. I have taken bike from Suryapraksh Motors, Pollachi, TN. For past three months I am facing issue with the self start.. bike is not getting started and I have taken up with the dealer for the issue before 2 months and still that issue presists..

On today I have taken to the dealer service station for service due and inform about the following complaint
1.Self start not working, I need to tow the bike daily morning to start it(already complained 3 times with the dealer and still it exists) attached error code photo.
2.Fuel indication was showing full frequently even with 4 to 5 liter petrol
3.service indication is getting trigerred frquently even service due is not there

Service center Technician usually resets/erases all the service error during the time of service or at the time of complaint.. He has done same in front o[censored]s.But it was not the actual solution..

We are getting suffered frequently due to this above highlighted isuues... Our trust towards was going down since we are facing lot of complaints in our brand new bike and still persists after our complaints

We need to push the new bike on the roads to getting it started. Which is really hectic in front of the public to tow brand new 2L bike to getting it started which huts more.

I have added the photos of the error and when connnected and vehicle details..

My service dealer was telling its battery issue and it will take another 10 days time for replacement and already oneweek completed.. We need to wait and no other option

II would expect good support from the technical team... To keep my trust towards Yamaha..

      This is Arun from Chennai. I have given my accidental vehicle Yamaha R15 v2(TN18Ak2265) in the showroom on 01.02.2021. It has been past one month and still no response from the showroom regarding the service and going on neglecting the service by saying that the parts are not available. Also my bike is parked without any sunshade like a scrap one. I am not sure on what the showroom mangers are doing with these kind of stuff. Please take any immediate actions regarding this or else I am definitely going to file a complaint against Yamaha in the court.

        This is Divakar from Chennai. I bought yamaha fz version on October 2019, I have many complaints about the bike. The fuel tank of the bike not durable, two times it got damaged and the sealing of the tank is getting broken l, if it's broke the entire the part needs to be changed...insurance also doesn't apply for the fiber parts. The self starter also I changed. If the bike doesn't have kick start the self starter should be in good quality right...in addition showroom service is also not that much good and not commendable...

          With utmost disappointment, I would like to provide feedback that the after-sale provided by Auto Star Yamaha Mahansaria & Sons Pvt. Ltd. is pathetic. I have bought a MT-15 bike from the showroom on 24th January, 2021, but I haven't received my number plate yet even after waiting for 40 days. I have received my RC# on sms on 24th February but Yamaha dealer has no clue when they will be able to provide me the number plate. Only update they provide when I follow-up with them is like "Your number plate is in transit, it will be delivered next week". I dont know how many weeks I need to hear this statement again and again from the dealer. This has been a worst aftersale service provided by Yahama dealer. Please help in expediting the release of number plate or atleast provide me a date as when I would expect to receive it.

            I have the vintage collection of Yamaha libero. service conducted at CAG Enterprise, 541, Sakthi road, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu was very disappointing the classic and the style of my vehicle was made worse . The integrity of the design your company's exclusive logo only available in this model above key holder was completely peeled of and my bike clutch cable was not fited properly even insisting after service and it was just corrected for time being I had all these issues and the after I called the store I had uninterested answer and I didn't get proper response.at the time of delivery they promised to asure after service quality but it was not met.and added to that just to change the gear liver the labour cost was 900 inclusive of GST please kindly look through it all I need it proper response for my loss

                I purchased yamaha ray z on March 5th 2020 with net cash deposit. Already one year complete without registration. I complained so many times with dealership, CEO, customer care and social network. If bs4 vehicle registration problem why you sold that. And create mentally problem for me.

                      I bought my bike in the month of October, got my first service in the month of November. Just after 2 month of service, my bike engine start making kit kit noise. Immediately next morning I took my bike to Yamaha dealer (Himgiri Yamaha East Krishna Nagar) on 6th Feb 21. & He told me that engine is not taking engine oil and further engineer will see exact problem. After few days I follow up with dealer and he told me bike has manufacturing defect and require a replacement of part called '' Cylinder Kit. I took follow up in every 2-3 days but dealer told me part is pending with the Yamaha end. Till date I have not received my bike yet. They have charged me engine oil in the bill in the first service but still my bike engine got tempered. I also called Yamaha many time but they did not give me a satisfactory result. On 25th Feb I also raise a complaint ticket(IC-50247) with Yamaha. But till date no action is taken.

                            Fascino scooter only one year old.all maintenance servicing done on time.however suddenly rear wheel got locked while driving, vehicles coming from behind would have dashed me, it was life threatening, appears that while servicing all checks are not carried out, service stations are taking it for granted..when taken for repairs found bearings, shaft damaged.this was done to ignorance while servicing, even oils are not checked

                              Morning visited linga motors madurai for service of my new fascino.Staff was very arrogant. I bought new fascino on August and was assured free accessories. While taking the scooter only they are saying about the unavailability of mobile charger . Even after 3 service they have not provided it . Today when asked they're not responding properly.Being a bank employee I am unable to take bike at prescribed time. When inquired last time they assured me home delivery after service but today they are becoming angry when raised the request. I am a yamaha customer for more than 10 years and I was really aggrieved to receive such response.

                                I would like to inform that I bought a Yamaha MT-15 on 13th of June, 2020 from one of your authorised dealers, Wheelz Automart, located at Ukhra, Ananda More, M.G. Road, West Bengal, Pin – 713363.
                                I met with a fatal accident on 9th October, 2020. I was riding my MT-15 and it received heavy damage from the same. On 14th of October, 2020, I sent my bike to Wheelz Automart as they had assured me and my family that they would take care of everything, from fixing the bike to even claiming insurance for the bike.
                                Its been 5 months now and the last time we had a conversation with the manager of the dealership, he asked us to give him some more time. That’s the same thing that he has been saying for the last 5 months. I had taken a vehicle loan for my bike and I am deducting my EMI every month but I don’t know when I’ll get my bike back. Its been 9 months and my bike does not even have a registration certificate yet.
                                When asked, why it is taking so long to get my bike back, every time they come up with various excuses. They say that since the bike has not received a registration certificate, they are not being able to make insurance claims. Maybe that actually is the reason for the delay, but what we have to keep in mind is that they were the ones who made me go against my wish to buy a BS6 version (which they claim are getting registered easily) and made me opt for the BS4 one. They said that the extra Rs. 20, 000/- were not justified to go for the BS6 version. So in my opinion, they should take responsibility and liability for both getting my bike registered, get my insurance claim and return my bike as early as possible in best possible condition.
                                I have to commute to my place of work from my home which is about 120 kilometres from my office, which roughly works out to be a commute of 384 kilometres every week. Since I haven’t received my Vehicle Registration Certificate yet, I can’t even claim my conveyance allowance which when roughly calculated, turns out to be Rs. 3000 to Rs. 4000 per month. That means I have already made a loss of about Rs. 27, 000 till now.
                                Hence it is my earnest request that you please look into the matter and help me get my bike back.

I just buy new bike and so much problems ... please guys go for KTM or honda ...Yamaha people is fooling people too much

                                      This is prem kumar. K, I dropped my bike for some major service at Vaniyambadi Yamaha showroom. I dropped my bike on Feb. 6.2021 but still now I didn't received my bike. They informed me that they will deliver it within 2 days but still now I didn't received my bike.

                                      Reason they are telling: Front disk caliper kit is not availble in the showroom itself, its been ordered and on the way, we don't know how long it will take. If you need the bike take it and drive without functioning front break.

                                      Is this is a fair reply from a standard bike company dont you have a safety concern on customers? I didnt expect this from yamaha. I have enclosed the received copy of my bike kindly have a look from your side atleast.
