i am yamaha customer. yamaha bike is a great product . i have purchased a bike in which speedometer problem create i have serviced bike time to time but dealer not update the schedule online so i cant get warrenty of bike. i have called to help center they advice to submit the service book copy . i am attach service book please provide the warenty and kindly available warrany bcs i am regular customer and i am comming from 100 km for service due your product qulity and i am suffer from qorona virus.
i hope u will help me and keep believe on your customer .

    I bought this vehicle from Cheeran's, Thrissur, Kerala. I have never seen such a bad service provided for any vehicle. Usually they have a duty to inform us the servicing date.They didn't inform me.That's why am not able to give it for servicing and they are intrested to make paid service now.The behaving of those service people is too bad. Please maintain a standard when you appoint a dealer.

              Sir,
              I had physical damage to various parts of my 'Yamaha Cygnus Ray-Z'. So, I registered for a proper maintenance scheduling of my vehicle. I ordered for this back in March, 2020.

              Description :

              It's 28th October today. Considering all the COVID nuisance, I was allotted a date of 31st October, 2020, by a responsible employee in the Yamaha Service Centre, Deoghar, Jharkhand.

              He simply extended the date further to 3rd October. He even had the audacity to tell me that a lot of people who paid advance money, too had to wait. What does that mean? That is no way to cover up for the insolence that I am facing. All I requested was a single part(front Mud-Guard to be specific) and a proper repair of different parts of my vehicle, that too in March. Now I am getting an excuse that since there is an election, there will be a delay. Seriously??

              I am absolutely frustrated of the poor service provided by the Yamaha Centre in this city. It is absolutely devastating. Being continuously faced with a zero-care attitude and slacking schedule, I observed that there is no sincerity in even one of the people employed at the Service Centre. Am I wrong to expect quality, from such an amazing Motor Company? Or, is it my fault that I love Yamaha vehicles?
              However, the poor services of this city's hold(Deoghar-814112), have extremely tarnished your reputation.

              Now, I don't have any documents to explain myself. Reason: We didn't even get a service for so long. The service provided is pathetic. I am sure that my anger is evident through my highly compressed explanation.

              Customer: I don't think it's necessary to know the identity, because it is a problem in the operation of the Service Centre in this town. It is adamant that it should be taken care of by the concerned Yamaha Authorities. Please try to ensure punctuality and flawlessness when it comes to customer service. The money charged is not of importance, rather the "Value-For-Money" is. I am sure this concerns Yamaha Motors more than me/any other customer.

                          I have bought my new bike Yamaha Fzs V3 B/Silver (TN09-CV-3847) on 14th August 2020, and till now I didn't get my Original RC book from Yamaha Showroom (Bikerz, No.311, GST Road, Chrompet, Chennai-600044, TamilNadu).

                          I have enquired regarding this in the Showroom persons so many times but they are not giving proper replies. I have been following them for a couple of weeks and still getting a variety of excuses rather than solutions.

                                Using credit card bill payment they are asking extra 2% for billing amount. If we asking why charging extra 2% for credit card payment they said yemaha motor India said to collect extra 2% for billing amount. Total bill amount rs. 2141 but they asking rs. 2185.                                   I had a little issue of falling the chain adjuster plate, so I went to the service centre in Hasimara " M/s Bikes 'u' like" I asked the guy to ride the bike once and do what is needed because the bike was making a little sound, the cause could be the chain adjuster plate, He rode the bike and suggested to change the Chain SPK kit, two bearings, Ball Roucher and puller chain. I trusted the guy as it is an authorized service center. So I approved the suggestions, They charged me Rs 3000. I have Yamaha fzs since 2013 and I have never taken the bike anywhere else than the authorized service center in Siliguri. So I was in complete confidence that the authorized service center in Hasimara will also provide the genuine service but the case here was completely different. It seems they damaged my key, before there was no issues on Ignition Switch Lock and now I cannot handle lock the bike and the ignition switch is also not working properly. when I noticed I can clearly see they damaged the key, I am uploading the pictures too. The handle is also not smooth like it was before the service, now I can feel the jolting on handle. I am deeply disappointed by the cheating technique they are applying so the customer will come back with an issue and they have no other choice then changing the entire part. I do not know what to expect here but the trust which Yamaha has build so far is crumbling like house of playing cards. Please advise what am I supposed to do 😊 Hope the concern person look into the matter.

                                    Pratishtha motors bhind raod gole ka mandir gwalior 474005; madhya pradesh; mene is deales se YAMAHA FZSFI VERSION -3 bike li thi 05/04/2019 ko or me pratishtha motors se last 10 din se call kar raha hu par mujhe abhi tak satified answer nhi mil raha hai meri problems hai ki mujhe form number 21; 22 and TCR chahiye hai gaadi pe number dalwaane hai. par ye dealers ka staff mere se galat language ka prayog kar raha hai or koi satisfied answer bhi nhi de raha hai. please meri complaints par dhyan diya jaaye or meri jo problems hai uska solution mujhe diya jaaye. thanks you

                                      Hi,

                                      My bike suddenly breaks down and does not start immediately (takes 15-30 mins or more). Facing this issue from January and requested Rise Automobiles (Smaat Automobiles), Madinaguda, Hyderabad.

                                      I have taken my bike for service center four times before and after lockdown.

                                      Service has replaced wiring, spark plug, battery, key set and all major electric components but problem is not rectified. They are not ready to rectify problem or take bike for servicing.

                                      Am hardly using my bike and facing breakdown for short trips of 5-10 kms also.
