    Worst Service from Panache Enterprises Marathahalli

    Hi,

    I have given my FZ v2 for service in Panache Enterprises Marathahalli on 20th of March 2020 just some days before the lock down.
    Its an accident vehicle, and have full coverage too. As the service center temporarily closed due to the lock down across the country, vehicle got delivered on 25th of June and has collected the vehicle and got my insurance too based on the quote given by the Service center team.

    The showroom of yamaha sasaram. (Located in rohtas bihar) the showroom owner is continuously committing fraud in the town from its customers. They are taking ten thousand to fifty thousand more than of the value fixed by the company from its customers on every bike. Every time from 2 years the same fraud is been seen in the town. Nobody from yamaha is taking the matter seriously. That why as a responsible citizen of society i am here to raise my concerns about the company. The owner every time how solved the matter by returning back the money to whom they are known of the fraud or fight back from him. The company should take some action in some weeks either. I will file a case of fraud in the consumer court and nclt for the fraud. They are enough evidence about him on me to take a good amount of compensation from the company.       We came to service our yamaha ray to kanmani moto bikes yamaha dindigul on 25/06/2020. But the staffs are talking irresponsibly that vehicle will be given after 10 days only that too it is not safe to leave as there are rats in the service station we came 30 kms long and hot disappointment. Action should be taken on staffs

        I buy yamaha cygnus alpha in s. S. Agency, namakkal., tamilnadu., registered on 25th jan 2019... I paid ready cash 82000 rs during the purchase and after a big fight they accept to provide me free helmet. They provide helmet which is kids one.. And i asked them to change and they refused and i make extra amount to change the helmet.
        From the moment i buy this scooter is a big headache..
        Now i completed 4 services free service.. And 5th service is the free service on march 20th.. Due to corona impact the office is also closed during lock down.. Before the lockdown they called for service as reminder and after lockdown happens.. After the lockdown over, they didnt remind me and last week callupon for service. And so i managed to do service today 19.06.2020..
        They refused the 5th service free service and they noted 6th service as paid service..
        I dont understand y the 5th service free is refused and now they put 1200rs for the service and for oil change.. The oil change was not done during the free service period.
        Kindly improve your service and give your dealership in hand of loyal dealers who cares customers.. Their service is honestly is week..

          निवेदन पूर्वक कहना चाहता हूं कि मैंने yamaha fzs v 3 जून 2019 में s k yamaha शो रूम बेगूसराय से खरीदा था। मेरी बाइक अभी 11150 km चल चुकी है। यह मेरे बाइक की पांचवीं सर्विसिंग है। इससे पहले भी मैंने सर्विस सेंटर में अपने बाइक की फ्रंट ब्रेक की समस्या बताई थी उस समय मेरी बाइक 7000 km चल चुकी थी तो सर्विस सेंटर वालो ने front एवं रियर दोनों डिस्क ब्रेक shoe बदलने की सलाह दी। मैंने तुरंत है दोनों ब्रेक बदलवा लिया जिसमें 1458 रुपए की बिल दी गई। जबकि अभी मेरी बाइक 11150 km ही चली है फिर से फ्रंट ब्रेक की समस्या पहले जैसे ही आनी शुरू हो गई है और बाइक की torque की समस्या भी आने लगी है। बाइक की 1 साल भी पूरे नहीं हुई हैं और इतनी समस्या आना उचित नहीं एवं शर्मनाक है। front ब्रेक एवं torque की समस्या से हमेशा जान का खतरा बना रहता है। जिसकी जिम्मेदारी सिर्फ सर्विस सेंटर की होगी।
          श्रीमान से निवेदन है कि उक्त समस्या को देखते हुए अपने स्तर से निराकरण करने की कृपा की जाए इसके लिए मै श्रीमान का सदा आभारी रहूंगा।

            I was been to bommanahalli yamaha showroom service center for service. Total bill was ₹-1000
            It include only gear oil and engine oil change. I don't know how come they charged me 1000. If i would have gone to local service centers they will charge extra (Gear and engine oil cost+100). And they will clean properly. Here no proper cleaning and all dirt shades are there after service also.

            Before sevice break was working very good. After service total break is not working and while returning to my home there are two bolts are came out from front safety steel guard.

            I can zero change after service. Only they have looted the amount from me.

            Please take a necessary action on this. I don't know how many people making complaints against them.

              I went to vishwakarma auto yamaha showroom, kangra for servicing my r15 v2. When servicing they said if any part get damaged then the agency is not liable for that. So question raises here is that, then why should i opt for an authorized agency for servicing if they not held responsible. What kind of service, yamaha kind of big brand promise to provide. It was pathetic to see such kind of terms and condition.

                  I'm using yamaha fz 3.0 from last 7 months. The fibre/plastic they have used for this bike is very bad quality. Currently it's coming out from each part of bike. Mostly fuel tank fiber/plastic and side guards. Also colouring is not at all good. I'm not sure which color they have used.

                  Please don't buy this bike. It's waste of money!

                    The balugaon & chandpur showroom owner misbehave with me and said if you collect this spare parts from any where then we will repair your vehicle otherwise we have not provide you service.                         I have used bikes and cars of many companies but yahama...
                        Service centres of yahama are mess i was having problem with self start in my fzs v3.0 i reached there and waited for more than 3 hrs just because of a loose wire all of them were talking to each other rather than doing work and my bike is now also in the same condition after coming back. No checking by their sides. We can give f grade to this service centre. Washing of my bike is done twice because they don't did it once they only threw water on it.in this time of lockdown and virus ki spreading through out the world i have to tell them 6 times yes 6 times to sanitize my bike after then also the handle grip was sanitize without a cloth it was done with a hand. No proper checking of bikes there is no mean to open these services centres they can also lead to disease to customers.. Many have bought it because i told them further there is no chance that i would recommend yahama bikes to anyone. I have deal with honda, bajaj, royal enfield but from last 2 services too got no satisfaction from this company...
                        I will too further complaint and try to shut down this service centre because this is of no use and maybe there is a 99% chance of spreading of corona virus from this service centre they do not sanitize anything just opened here to stole your money so from today "boycott yahama"
                        Not only about sector 14 gurgaon service centre sector 10a khandsa road gurgaon which is closed in lockdown is of no use they want money and don't work

                            I bought yamaha fascino in june 19, from march20 onward it started problem while starting from both kick and self. I contacted service center but they are not responding, and says that u have to drag the bike to agency which is 30 km away, which is not possible without starting it.
                            I already bought the same model in jan 18 and the problem was same on that bike too. And at that time also agency forced me to buy new bike of same model saying that in new model this problem will not arise,

                            And so, i bought this bike, and again same issue i m facing. I m a middle class private worker and can't afford frequent replacement of bike. Plz look into the matter,

                            I am feeling mentally harrashment. And loosing faith in yamaha.
                            I am very much dissapoint by yamaha care.

                                  This is not actually compain. Just a query. I want to intall oil cooler in gzs 150 as like gz 250. Is it will fit in it? Where can i get this information? I am from bangladesh. Right now in india, but in lockdown. I need this information. Please help me out. Its my dream to install it in fxs v3 150.

                                    New bike 2 weeks before i brought, worst service, engin noise, fork noise not able to resolve issue, no capable mechanics

                                    Ru giving new bike r scrap bike given to me,
                                    No value for my money i just brought my bike 2 weeks before 1st service finished now it is not looking like new bike,
                                    So much engine noise while riding, more hidlling, front fork noise while going in pot holes, chain noise while running, rare brake not not putting properly what the hell ur giving vehicles ru simply eating my money

                                      Radhika motors selling a yamaha fzs fi bs6 for more than the onroad price they simply telling price as 130000 which is more than the onroad price a strict action should be taken on this dealers its a sub dealer of yamaha its a serious isse in bihar every dealer is selling the bikes more than the onroad tax a legal case should be filed on them i request you to please solve this issue
