I had left my yamaha fz for a general service @ cag enterprises - yamaha dealer sathy road - coimbatore. (This happened during 2015 - may)

After paying the bill for the service i was provided the gate pass for me to take my bike.

Before leaving the premises, i noticed my bike and found that the chain lubrication wasn't done but i was billed for chain lubrication.

Then i asked the service manager. He informed by mistake they missed to lubricate it and then my bike chain was lubricated.
This was not done by mistake... This is their malpractice to not change the engine oil but to bill for it and try to make money in "n" number of ways from the customer.

From that moment i lost all the trust i had in yamaha authorized service center.

Now my bike needs service but i do not trust any of your authorized service center.

What i want is a after sales team from yamaha to service my bike in front of my eyes.

I need a well experienced after sales team person (Yamaha employee) to service my bike.

Will yamaha as a company will try to rebuild the trust in me.

Hope yamaha as a company is also driven by customer satisfaction

The company did not provide any sort of support... Provided me a invalid email ID to register complaint... Useless they don't value the customers... They just want to make money... They are least bothered about the customers... I wonder how they mark this complaint as resolved!!! What proper response or action they had taken to resolve this issue!!!

    I jamees, my kl09am3117 fassino vehicle gave to cheerans auto agencies for claim work but i had a very bad experience from there. Vehicle not delivered at the promised time, when the vehicle was put work it contained three quarter of the tank petrol but when returned, the tank was empty and the work is not clear. Only after i went to the garage three times did i get the vehicle back. Very bad service and dealings.

Now may i waiting for my bike last six month was my reparing and back to me. But agency want the 60000rs.in cash. But my bike inssurance is fully inssured for 5yr by the agency. They dont adjust this money in my inssurance claim. Help me

        I purchased yamaha fz on 2nd jan 2015. Vehicle no is ts08ec4215. Bike has been serviced in regular intervals. I have been facing many problems for the past 6 months. I have spent almost 25000 rs. My major problems are
        1. Starting problem
        2. White smoke
        3. Milage
        Because of starting problem i faced lot of problems, but today left mybike some where and i came on foot.
        Kindly suggest me what to do. Your earliest response to my querry is very appreciatiable.

          regarding bad & irresponsible behaviour of service staff.

          My name is vishal kumar. I am from gaya (Bihar). I had purchased a r15 bike from parvati automobiles pvt. Ltd. Sir, my issue is regarding the service provided by the service centre. They charge heavy amount of rs. 600 as service charge of the bike. Instead they are not capable of providing better service. I had my last servicing on 5th march 2020, and i am fully unsatisfied with the service provided. Fitting of nuts n bolts...

          Hi,
          I need workshop manual for Yamaha FZ S V2.0. I mailed it for Yamaha but they told they won't provide. When I buy a bike, I have rights to get all the documents along with Workshop Manual. I demand for Workshop Manual and don't tell silly reasons now. I asked even in different Service centers and they told me to mail to company. And the company tells they won't provide. I need workshop Manual right now.

            Multiple problems in the Bike started with in 30 days of purchase:
            Shocker Leakage (Within 30 days of purchase)
            b.Powder coating is peeled off from various critical safety
            parts.
            c. Handle got rusted in the 2nd month of Vehicle purchase.
            d. Stainless steel parts are also getting rusted.
            e. From 22nd Oct 2019 Self start Stopped working
            f. Bike stops anywhere on the way & Kick start also don’t
            work many times.
            g. Dust is getting accumulate in the odometer.

              I just visited Yamaha dealer located bangalore mahadevapura for fz S accelerator cable more then 10 people wearing Yamaha uniform inside the showroom and one person seating at spare counter talking in phone says no staff to give spare to customer and so I decided to talk the manager his not available no other person at showroom can resolve the issue

                Hai iam sharath.
                I bought fz s 2.0 in 2017. I really had very bad experience with my bike repeatedly it will stop and never starts again. When i raised complaint on this in service center they suggested me to change the battery then your problem will be solved i did as they even though my battery still under warranty. Within in 15days again i face the same issue this time i asked them please take your time and recheck correctly they kept for one day and said no problem you can carry-on. Within 10 days under again same problem this time again they said there will be battery issue go to the battery store ask them provide the new one... When i went to battery store they check with the equpiments they said the battery was very good condition and they shown me the voltage as well and they said if i send this battary to company they will resend the same battery because it doesn't have any problem.. This time the service guys asked me to keep for 1wk and will let you know the problem... With in 2months under i went 4 times regarding same problem yet not solved i already said it was defective product wat the sold to me... I want to go for consumer court for this worst product and sales.. I spent my hard earning money on my bike and it was in service center most of time then with me... I have raised 5 times complaint on the same issue nither gm responded nor company..

                  Sir, I am Dibyajyoti Nath. I am a Yamaha customer. I purchased a Yamaha MT-15 from JR Automotives, Agra, Uttar Pradesh Pin-282008 on 01 Nov 19. The registration process should have taken only 15-20 days from the date of purchase but I have yet to get my registration number. However I presently visited The dealer, as well as, called him multiple time but the result is still negative. When ever i visit or call the sales executive, he extends the date. Now I have moved to Bangalore but i am unable to take the bike to Bangalore due to non availability of registration number. I have been facing too much inconvenience since last three months and the problem to be sorted out ASAP. Hope for your interventions. Thank you.

                    I have bought facino scooter 4 year back and continously giving service in yamaha (Sampathraj motor, thiruninravur, chennai-602024) but currently i came to know that the services were very poor.
                    Mechanics telling some lie and changing good parts present in two wheeler, they providing old brake shoes, costing for it. Lost the trust on yamaha services

                      non providing original documents of vehicle

                      Address: D-1, Dhwarkesh Park, Shop No.6 And 7, Sai Baba Nagar, Near Hdfc Bank, Borivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra-400067

                      Bike purchased on 28-10-19. Delivery done without giving any original documents. No number plate provided. No rc book provided. No original invoice, warranty book provided by yamaha dealer. Payment is already made in full by cheque.
                      No reply by the dealer till date. Also shop of vasai dealer remains closed all the time.
                      Complaint is also made in yamaha customer service but no action taken against the dealer till date.

                      This ia regarding heavy charges in free services of the bike by the pacer yamaha kalyanagar showroom bangalore.
                      On first service they charged around rs.1000
                      And even i was not given the bill for that. If asked they reply in a very rude way. Also not sure if they done proper service of changing oil etc.
                      Due to this many are stepping back for purchasing a new bike there.

                        One of your dealer at vadodara is demanding rs. 79 extra as mdr on my total bill amount of rs. 3935, which i am willing to pay with my rupay debit card which actualy have to bear by a merchant and not by a customer.
                        Why such big company or it's dealer is doing such things with customer?
                        If i am wrong please give me the proof that the mdr will be born by a customer and not by merchant.

                          For the last six months, i was asking the workshop guys that my rear brake is not working and for that each month i visited the workshop and asked for the brake impairment at any cost,
                          Sometimes they just cleaned and said after using for few day it will work, the last time before accident they even changed the complete brake liner still the brakes were not working and they said the same thing that it will adjust in few days automatically.
                          Just few days later i was involved in accident just because i was unable to apply the brakes.
                          Now, the bike is with them for past a month and the insurance guys are mailing and calling every day to get a copy of the invoice but they are neither responding nor updating the impairment work.
                          They are just saying that the parts have been ordered and still not delivered but there servers are not working so they are unable to track the shipment.
                          Unfortunately my leg is broken so i am unable to visit the workshop self.

                            Purchased bike in aug 2019 and first service done within a month. 2nd service was due on dec 2019. Before 2nd service engine oil started to leak, so raised complaint in the nearest service centre and ordered for oil seal during 1st week of december. 2nd service was due, but the service centre dint service my bike since they were waiting for the spare. Days started to pass and i was waiting for long. Hence approached another service centre and ordered for the same, but no use. Today its 5th feb 2020 and i'm yet to receive the spare. After lot of frustration i went to another service centre and they said engine warranty cannot be claimed as i have missed one service (2nd). I have ridden 1800 kms till now. The missing service was due to that particular service centre. This is the most pathetic service i have ever seen towards a customer. I'm completely annoyed about yamaha treating their customers. May be i should have never trusted these foreign makers. I'm clueless about what to do next?!!

                              Once they sell a product start to misbehave with customer. Intentionally they keep on waiting customes, do not answer of any queries.                                   I purchased my bike at jan 1st. I have faced handle bar vibration from my purchasing date and the same day i informed to show room.. They told me to check air. After i comes we ll check on first service. Today i gave service to the same showroom service center nd mentioned issue also.. Finally the mechanic called me to told i checked every thing but still vibration is not reduced we are also suspecting issue with the wheel. I feel this issue is happening from first day of purcahse. What is may question is how it happens on new bike? Who is responsible for this? Why you are giving this much un quality products? And one more is this bike cross the proper testing? If yes means why they are not found this issue at testing time?

                                    Sir,
                                    I am a Yamaha Ray Z user, (KL 06 J 7074. 2019 model), I am facing a complaint regarding the tyre and tear. The right edge of the front tyre is losing quickly than usual wear and tear. front tyre wear and tear occurs even after servicing from authorised service centre in Thodupuzha.
                                    I noticed this complaint since when the scooter runs after 5000 KM.
                                    So i visit the Yamaha service centre in Thodupuzha, they worked on it then returned it on same day and i payed RS 375. But the complaint did not solved.

                                    so sometimes scooter cant handle well, and type becomes useless.
                                    Now i am needed to change the tyre within a small running period.
                                    I am very much disappointed on this matter and unhappy with the given service from the Yamaha Staffs.
