I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding my Yamaha R15 motorcycle purchased from your Pune showroom in 2023. Despite the passage of over two years, I have not yet received the permanent number plate (HSRP) for my bike. I have repeatedly contacted the dealership regarding this issue, but they have stopped responding to my calls and messages.
