[Resolved]  Yamaha Motor India — Not giving of Registration Certificate

I bought a new Yamaha FZ version2.0 on date 03/08/2015 from SHAIL YAMAHA Ranchi, Jharkhand. At that time I got invoice of the bike and after a week I got the temporary number. I do visit the SHAIL Yamaha showroom for my Registration certificate but unable to get as per time given. After making many calls to the YAMAHA showroom I finally I get my Registration certificate on 29/08/2015. Unfortunately, in the registration certificate my name was wrongly spelled along with other two spelling mistakes. I told at the reception that please do correct all the spellings. For the correction of the spelling I told to the lady (Mansha Parween) that please write somewhere the correct spelling and entertain the same, but she was not ready to write it anywhere and asked me to do not worry she will remember and I will get my registration certificate by next week. Yesterday, i.e. 08/09/2015 I got a call from the same lady from SHAIL Yamaha showroom and she was enquiring me what to change on my registration certificate. I asked her that it has not been done yet then she told me that it was missed from the showroom that’s why I got late. And my registration certificate is still missing from the showroom. Now, they want me to wait for another 25 days to get my registration certificate. Now, it is about 40 days gone and I am yet to receive my permanent number and registration certificate. In these last days I have been caught three times by the traffic police to show my RC when I show my invoice and temporary number slip he told me that it is valid only for a month time. Three times I had pay for my challan which sum up is Rs.1800. Now, here I want to ask who is going to pay my monetary losses and my mentally harassment compensation. I am a working professional and make thoroughly visit to YAMAHA showroom and making uncountable times of call. The harassment by YAMAHA on me is really on its peak. By this channel I am expecting to resolve the problem. My details which has been mentioned on the KYC by which I have bought the YAMAHA FZ version 2.0 Name- Mohd.
