[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — poor quality dealers spoiling the brand yamaha | |||
Respected sir/madam, I have recently purchased yamaha ray from your dealer aarthi motors, choolaimedu chennai. With 5 months battery is not working properly, there are using low quality amco batteries and spoiling the brand yamaha. Why dont these people use amaron or exide? Once the vehicle is sold, the way they speak is different, since there was a fault in my battery i wanted to leave my vehicle there and the fellow there is telling we wont take responsibility for scratches. Is this how you talk to a customer? You give a faulty battery which goes off so soon and what kind of responsibility you take? Do you people think all this name and brand image you have can improve without serving the customers? Please kindly take care of your dealers, i would never recommend a yamaha to anyone simply for its poor support and dealers. Kindly look into the matter, maintain your brand the way the yamaha used to be. Dont support dealers like these people who dont care about customers Was this information helpful? | |||
