Yamaha Motor India — Reparteed self start problem

Dear team,
we buy your new yamaha scooty Ray zr, for my ward, on nov 2025, since that we are facing self start problem, we had visited approx six times for the same issue in oswal auto azadpur where we buy this scooty, every times they told new excuse,
1. first times they told us that there is some carbon is thimble that is clean now it will work properly,
2. The second time they told me this was an issue with wifi connectivity, we had removed the bluetooth connection and now it will work.,
3. the third time they told us we will check your battery, the battery person will come on friday, u come on friday.
4. Friday[protected] we visited the service center, they replied that, now battery man today, comes on tuesday
5. on tuesday 18/08/2026 they kept the scooty full day n told us battery is ok, there is some issue with loose pole, now that is removed, and chargers me rs 350/- igginition cleaning, that me also a one reason of self start against job card no JB/52600/[protected]/3942
6. again next day we are facing same issue, we call to service center they told lets see what is wrong with that, now i did not have any faith on your services and product, it is without kick scooty, what is use if it will not self start, so kindly look it immediately otherwise i will use social media and cc,
