This is with reference to your complaint regarding the refund under PNR NLSM3N & HLT2UA.
We have checked the details & would like to inform you that the cancellation has been done as per the policy. And the refund is under process.
Please note, Yatra takes only 24hrs to process the refund, Further, if the payment was made through Private sector bank then it will take 2-3 working days & if the payment was made through Public sector bank then it will take up to 7 working days to reflect the credit into your account.

For my Bangalore to Dehradun flight, I got SMS from Indigo that it is cancelled, got email from yatra mentioning that that the refund is initiated.The trip is removed from my 'Upcoming trip' section in the app as well.
But for the Dehradun to Bangalore flight, I ddnt get the SMS/refund email and the trip is still showing up as 'upcoming' in the app.
Kindly help in cancelling my 'Dehradun to bangalore' trip as well.

Now I got the automated email from yatra for the refund Dehradun to bangalore' trip as well. Thanks a lot.
Only concern is Rs:400 /person/trip is Yatra convenience fee which is not refundable even if the airlines cancel the flight

Since the cancellation was not from me ( It was from the airlines due to the pandemic - Covid-19), could you please consider waiving the convenience fee ? If I get full cancellation, I will be back to yatra again for my next trip.

We have checked the details and found that refund is already processed under both the bookings, however, the convenience fee is non-refundable.
We would not be able to refund the convenience fee since it is a non-refundable component. We hope you understand this as well.

Yes, you can use the E-cash for your future bookings in a single go. Please make sure, using E-cash you will not be able to use other promotional discounts.
