[Resolved] Yatra.com — amount debited but no booking and booking confirmation from yatra | |||
Yesterday while tried to book hotel sonar tori agartala through yatra com, my account got debited by inr 2196 however no booking was made. Accordingly i have sent them a request for either booking confirmation or refund processing. I have attached my account statement where the transaction is clearly visible. Instead of that their response is of lacklustre nature with no confirmation and with standard statement like we will get back to you within two hours. I got the confirmation from my credit card company as well that merchant has not confirmed the transaction to them as well. I will ensure that none of friends nor my family would book anything through yatra.com in future. Was this information helpful? | |||
