Yatra.com — Booked ticket, amount debited but no ticket received

I booked a flight on March 28 from Delhi to Trivandrum for March 31 and did the payment through credit card. The amount has been debited yet I did not receive any booking confirmation or ticket details.
I registered a complaint through Yatra support as well.
I have tried contacting multiple times on customer care but there is no response from anyone.
Kindly send me the full refund if payment is not received at Yatra end or if received send me the ticket details.
