[Resolved] Yatra.com — charged for the heavy room category whereas i selected lower one and now refusing to accept | |||
I had booked a hotel room with yatra.com for december month At the machan lonavala i had booked for rs.20153/- for 1 room I. Booked 2 rooms then the site suddenly booked the hogher category room and now as this was non refundable fare, the website people arent answering They say that this is your mistake and not ours so according to them they never have done any thing and all the fault is of the customers Now i am unnecessarily bearing a loss of 20300/- Also the complaint was made at the same time and not even after an hour or something This is something unexpected and disgusting from a reputed website Kindly help me out Was this information helpful? | |||

Would like to inform you that booking was confirmed as per the search made, room type change is not possible as hotelier are not ready for this. And, once a booking is confirmed changes and cancellation can be done as per the policy which is shared with customer before confirmation of the booking. As soon as the booking is confirmed control goes into hotels end. Hope your query has been resolved now. Hence, we are changing this post to resolved.
