[Resolved] Yatra.com — complaint about refund. | |||
I booked hotel on 14th march on yatra.com then my plan is change so i cancelled booking, after cancellation process i received mail, in that mail they said "kindly note that the private sector banks may take 2-3 working days and public sector banks may take up to 7 working days to refund the amount in your account." now it's 22nd march, 8 days from cancellation of booking i didn't receive refund.
