I tried to book an international flight on Yatra.com (Booking Ref:[protected] on 1st March 2026. The payment of Rs. 114, 809.00 was billed to my credit card (Transaction Ref: MT260610267000010039771).

On 2nd March 2026, Yatra.com confirmed the booking failed (Ref: YA:[protected] and promised a full refund. However, even after 23 days, no refund has been credited. I have sent multiple follow‑up emails, but Yatra has not responded beyond their initial acknowledgment.

This delay is unacceptable. I request immediate refund of the full amount and accountability from Yatra.com for poor customer service.
