[Resolved] Yatra.com — Harassment by booking agent | |||||
Last year i contacted yatra.com from Canada to book a flight ticket to India for December. Later i had to cancel my booking for personal reasons. Just few days ago i got very offensive texts from a personal number. Turns out this person is an employee or is working for yatra.com. When told i will lodge a complaint, the person got verbally abusive. How irresponsible is it on the company's side to let your agents use customer numbers to harass them like this, especially when i live so far away from the country. Seems like living so far away I am being harassed by my own people home. The agent ID of the agent i spoke to last year for my booking is AGENTID04458279 and the name of the person is Prabhat Jain, and he is from Delhi, India. I would like you'll to take some action against this person, since not only is this an issue of an agent misusing information i provided the company in confidence, but is also an issue of cyber crime.
