Yatra.com — I have been charged twice for the same booking | |||||
I did a flight booking online on yatra.com for me and my family Bangalore to Jaipur on 24th October 2015 which cost Rs 33, 815.00. While making this booking after the transaction was complete (I used netbanking) thought the transaction showed as successful on my bankers website yatra's website prompted that transaction was failed saying something like timed out or session expired. Immediately after this I got a call from one of the agents or representative of yatra and he told me to redo the transaction and he told me that the first transaction amount would be refunded and I should check with my banker. So I went ahead and did another transaction of Rs 33, 815.00. When I check with my banker, they informed me that the transaction was successful and my money has reached yatra.com they also gave a reference number for the transaction which is[protected] and[protected]. I tried calling yatra.com support on the same issue but every time I call them . I here the same thing we are sending email to concerned team and we will will get back to you in 24 hours but no luck .this takes me to post a complain here.
