[Resolved] Yatra.com — I have been charged twice for the same booking thru my axis bank credit card.

Dear sir, i booked my return tickets for 2 adults from kolkata to mumbai and back on 23rd feb 2019 at 7.12 53 seconds pm. Vide my reference no[protected]. Recvd your confirmation along with tickets for rs16718/. My debit in axis bank credit card is rs 33436/. Contacted axis bank immidiatly and advised to take up matter with you for refund of extra amount..
Please revert back urgently. Tickets were of spicejet flights.

We would like to inform you that we have checked the details and found that only one transaction charged to us. There is no other transaction we have received. Request you to please cross check the status with your respective bank.
I made a qutub minar ticket booking attempt with yatra app on 6.2.10 for Rs 1100/-.The amount was debited from my account however the ticket could not be booked and I am still waiting the refund even after the given refund period for 5-7 days.
