[Resolved] Yatra.com — invalid coupon has been sold to me and denying refund

I purchased some coupons (Discount coupons of mojo pizza) worth rs. 700 with yatra e cash, ref. No.[protected]. While i tried to redeem it, mojo pizza did not accept it. They told - mojo pizza cant recognize such coupon codes. I raised a complaint with yatra.com and instead of resolving the issue, they harassed me and made my call waiting for long time. I become ashamed and could not able to keep my commitment towards my family. I am feeling cheated. The coupon validity is upto 31st may and i have been chasing yatra.com since 2nd april. I want my money back with compensation and punishment to the cheat company

Updated by Swb16 What are the Terms & Conditions? Can you elaborate the T&C please ? The vendor denied to recognize such coupon codes. Can you talk to the vendor please regarding this ?
