We book our domestic package for north east and suggest 3 star hotels and above yatra provide us hotel
Himalayan resort darjeeling but, because of some reasons they shifted us in hotel shambhu which is not
Equivalent to himalayan resort they provide us totally downgrade hotel which is not acceptable.
That means they took amount for 3 star and above hotels and provide us downgrade hotel.
And our diet is non-veterinarian which we already mention to yatra customer care but hotel shamhu is
Completely vegetarian so they are fail to provide us meal as per our expectation its very bad experience
For us and even in break-fast they provide us very limited items.
Because of this we face many problems begging of our tour; customer care people are so inactive to picking
Up the phone. they are not even talk properly, every time different person pickup call so again we have to
