I booked flight ticket from yatra.com without logging into yatra account but money was debited and ticket was not booked. The transaction was successful and was done from GPAY UPI. I raised concern with support team i.e. [protected]@yatra.com and support ticket number is YA:39887610, but no action till now.
I provided the below details
Date of Transaction- 27/09/23
Payment mode (Credit Card/Debit Card or net banking)- UPI (GPAY)
Bank Name- ICICI BANK
Amount Charged- Rs. 8086.00
Transaction reference provided by bank[protected]
Email ID (Used while booking)- Booked without logging in account. However, email id given for ticket is [protected]@gmail.com
Proof of transaction sms from bank:
Dear Customer, Your transaction of Rs 8086 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary YATRA ONLINE PVT LTD account XXXXXXXXXX9672 on 27/09/2023 13:59:27 with RRN[protected]. In case the beneficiary has not received the amount, then please share the reference number with the beneficiary, to check with their bank.
