HI Team,
I have made booking of hotel "Estuary Sarovar Portico, Poovar Island, Kerala" on 08-September at 8.52am. I have made Payment from ICICI Bank Credit card of Amount Rs12, 826 at 8.52AM. The transaction successful message was shown on Yatra site and the amount is deducted from my Credit Card. However, the booking is not shown anywhere.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS MY THIRD BOOKING AT THIS HOTEL. Earlier booking were done on 6th and 7th of September. However this Booking is done on 9th of September morning 8.52AM.
Please check and confirm the booking and reverse the transaction at your end. My Details are mentioned below:

I tried to contact Yatra but the phone number provided does not work. I sent email, raised ticket on 09 September. However, till today 13th September 2022, I am waiting for the acknowledgement from Yatra that they have received my request or email. Getting the amount back in account is distant dream. Worst and poor service from Yatra. Once the money is deducted from your account, there is no way we can track the transaction history, there is no customer service from Yatra for hotels.
