[Resolved] Yatra.com — refund amount pending from 20 th january 2018

This is Yomesh Patel

I cancelled my 2 bookings for Haytt Amritsar on the 17 th of January and got an sms confirmation from yatra also
Till date itâs above one month I have not received my refund amount
I am copying and pasting both the sms I got from yatra & it has both the reference no also

I have called mANY TIMEs regarding the same but every time they say that they have did the refund but thereâs a problem from my bank as they are not accepting it.
This is bull ###.i confirmed with my back and they say they have not rejected any refund back

I am tired of calling again and again.
