[Resolved] Yatra.com — refund is not processed/worst customer service | |||
Firstly customer service is worst i have ever seen. Always false commitments. No customer value! At the time when we initiated bookings, we were told that in case if we cancel the trip, we are eligible to get refund within a day. Due to some reasons we had to cancel the trip, and now 2 months over but no refund processed. Everyday we need to call yatra customer care which itself takes 4-5 try to connect once, then support person respond this way : - we have initiated 2 weeks ago, wait for 2 more days. You 'll get entire amount refunded for sure - wait for a week, trust us you'll get refund back - we have checked with the finance team, they are saying you'll get in sometime blah... Blah... All the false statements... All the false commitment... No value for our time.. If refund cant happen within the mentioned date, why are you fooling customers? If this is the policy to make us fool, then i'd say this is the worst worst portal to even login. As per the policy we had to get refund within a day but now 2 months over. I want a confirm date when can i get my refund back. My point of contact is danish kureshi and his supervisor devendra mishra. Both are giving us fake commitment everyday.
