The Thai Airways cancelled my return ticket in feb 2022. Since I needed an earlier date, I re booked another day with a promise from Yatra that refund will be given in 180 days for the cancelled flight. An year for a refund with that I don't even know what amount you guys will refund. This is totally unfair on the flight and your part. I understand that you have less role to play but you are the face to whatever flight I booked and you surely must have an agreement on such scenarios. I fail to understand whom to blame and how much. I would never recommend anyone to use a travel portal instead deal with the flight directly.
