Yatra.com — Refund still not done - Waited for a month

Hi, (Posting on behalf of my husband) https://www.consumercomplaints.in/yatra-com-worst-customer-service-refund-is-not...⇄ For the above complaint of me .. We have asked for Rs.20000 refund for their worst service. But after many phone calls they came till Rs.4000 refund (honeymoon inclusions) and again We asked to give atleast 50% for what i asked. They told they ll give Rs.7000 . We still dint get the amount credited in the account. For crediting the Rs.7000 u are taking soo long time.. but u told u ll credit in 6-7 working days.. We need at least 50% of the amount what i asked.. which is Rs.10, 000 .. How can one believe YATRA.COM if the customer support is like this..?? --- Ramya Selvaraj
