i booked a ticket from chandigarh to delhi on 17th of april. but the bus got cancelled and the contacted person assured me that within 2-3 days i will get the refund. Today its 16 may its been one month and i still didn't got any refund back i have tried to get in touch with every one but its not use. its been really disappointing.

this is the referal no. i have done everything in my power to get my money back i under that Rs1260 might not be a big amount for you but it is my hard earn money and i want it back. please considered this request and help me.
