Dear sir, i have booked 2 delux rooms in hotel krunji meridian, kodaikanal FROM YATRA.COM on 19sept 2015 for 23rd oct to 24th oct 2015and i have paid the full amount that yatra charged .but when the passengers tried to check in the hotel on 23ed oct 2015 the hotel management denied that yatra has not provided them the booking amount AND BECAUSE OF THAT PASSENGERS HAVE TO WAIT OUTSIDE FOR 2.30 HRS . WHEN I ASKED FOR REFUND THEY DENIED AND SAID THAT PASSENGERS HAVE TO WAIT THERE .i have called yatra customer care so many times but no positive response were received from them they didnt try to solve the issue they were only putting my call on hold didnt try to help MR ROHIT SAXENA, BALRAM AND UMESH THEY THREE WERE ASSISTING BUT DIDNOT TRY TO HELP, SIR BECAUSE OF YATRA.COM PASSENGERS WHOLE TRIP WAS SOPILED PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND SOLVE THE ISSUE ph - [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
