I tried to book a ticket last night. It failed and I registered a complaint last night. I got a default mail saying your complaint got registered. Till now no response again. Do I need to book a ticket again? There are no response. No customer care. Too many steps for booking a train. Why should I use this site? If the train tickets are full now, how can I book again after your response? This is stupid service. Waste and worst website. I never recommend my friends for this. 3 times I visited this site and no time it worked..
How can some critical things like train ticket bookings will not have customer care? Also the number you provided is not a toll free number. Such a stupid and waste and worst customer service.
How can they won't provide customer care for tic booking?
Does people will write and wait for days while booking tickets? Don't ever go to this site.
