Yatra.com — Ticket confirmation

I have booked two tickets for guwahati-aizawl on 3april and money was debited from my account but didnt recieve any confirmation on my bookings and tried reaching out yatra because i need to book another ticket asap but they didnt response my complaint and I only received auto generated messages….I have uploaded my transaction below
