[Resolved] Yatra.com — transaction failed but refund not initiated

I tried booking the tickets from HYD to PAT through Indigo 6E-763 scheduled on 20th March. The amount in Google pay got deducted but tickets were not booked. I booked the same ticket in 2nd attempt. I need to get the refund of amt. Tried all possible numbers to contact yatra customer service but all the numbers are disconnected. Need to file a complaint about flight cancellation refund. Yatra did not initiate refund for actual amount given and told by spicejet
