[Resolved] Yatra.com — Very poor service | |||
My name is ritvik and i booked a tour package for my family for srinagar. There was a problem at one accomodation. Yatra charged me 4 times the actual price and took 100% money in advance i. E inr 50, 500. However the service sucked. People at customer care center are adamant that nothing can be done and only a feeback can be provided. I was asking for written confirmation about whatever he said and he was hesitant. Would highly recommend makemytrip.com over yatra. After sales service sucks.
