[Resolved] Yatra.com — wrong activity date email confirmation | |
Hi team, I have requested activity at bangkok for safari park + marine park + lunch. What i am seeing in confirmation voucher is activity date marked as 19th nov. Which is same as booking date. However, i have booked for 16th of dec 2018. I am not even seeing write vouchers have been confirmed. Customer care are so careless that they are not even responding back. I want either amount to be refunded or vouchers to be generated properly & send it to me over my email id.
