Yatra.com — Yatra.com is not refunding the hotel cancellation

I cancelled hotel booking from yatra.com on 16 August 2022, 9pm and 15 minutes and today till 17 August 2022, 4pm 47 minutes also they didn't refund back my money and neither they are replying on interest charged (which is 4% of amount per hour).
Booking details is below:

Hotel Bhalobasha, DIGHA
