Subject: Compensation for the mental torture due to denial of boarding even after confirmed ticket
Dear Sir,

My father was denied boarding by the airlines stating your ticket is not confirmed. He was to attend the funeral of his sister in law .He missed it due to the lapse on your part. He incurred an expense of Rs 2000 as to and fro taxi to airport.
In addition the mental agony he had gone through being a senior citizen has to be compensated by you.
You have sent a message the ticket money will be refunded to me in 7 working days and that amount has not been received.
I request you to credit to my account my taxi fare, ticket fare plus compensation of Rs 20000 for the mental torture he had suffered for no fault.
Your positive response will be appreciated.
Please find attached the e-ticket and confirmation mail I received from yatra.
