[Resolved] Yatra — fare changes post payment | |||||
I was making a booking for blr to mumbai where the fare showed me rs 1304, i went ahead and made the booking but post the payment got a call saying that the fare is updated. How can the fare be updated while making the payment? Spoke to one of their executives who claims if i called on the same day (Which i actually did) they could have done something about the difference amount. After speaking to him for close to 30 minutes he still could not provide a solution but instead put the blame on the customer saying that why have you called now post receiving refund. My concern is that the fare is now 3 times its value when i made the booking as the executive on call told me not to check the fare again and again since the value of fare increases that way.
