Yatra — No refund processed by yatra 2 months

Hi,

We have booked a flight from delhi — helsinki (March 26th 2020) and helsinki — delhi (31 may) in qatar airways though yatra for me along with my kids.

But due to covid-19 pandemic the flights have been cancelled and since we placed the cancellation 10 days ahead we have received the full refund from airways to yatra. However yatra is not yet transferring to our accounts and we always see waiting for the refund to be processed with the below text. We are not able to reach support and when a complaint is getting opened they say we will get in contact soon. Its been 2 months and more and is highly frustrating with this huge amount involved. Kindly check and let us know when we will receive the refund.
