[Resolved] Yatra Online — Add the surname in ticket | |||||
I have booked a ticket in the name of santhi therese and I mistakenly missed to add sur name Raj in the ticket, from the next second I was calling the customer care number and I was put in hold for 2 days and till my query is still on hold.i am totally fed up with this kind of service. anyway mistake is mine to add the surname, but ur work is to solve the query the only thing u did when I call u people is just put me on hold for 40to 50 mins and will tell call me after half an hour. If I call after half an hour a new person will atten the call and I have to wxplain all the story and I have to wait for another 50 mins. This is what happening for past 2 days. Even last year I have booked tickets with you people to London for my parents. Was this information helpful? | |||||
