[Resolved] Yatra Online — Complaint about hotel booking

Hi Superior,
I wanted to inform you that I have booked a hotel in Araku named Vellangini Comforts[protected] on 30 November. I have paid the totals amount and i got vocher also as a proof of booking. But suddenly after 8 days. I came to know that my booking has note been done properly. Indu was person who booked my hotel in Araku. Then they told me they will provide alternate service within 48 hours. I tried reaching to them for two days but no one has given me any response. In the end a person Anoop i hope his number[protected] with EXT 690 answerd me and he told me that he will provide alternate property by monday. Suddenly in the night a person named Karan cancelled my booking without my permission. When i tried reaching them the same story is continuing that is no is answering. I clearly asked about your service in the starting but they told you guys work sincerely and you provide best service. This is worst experience with you. Only having believe in you i didnt book alternate booking. Please tell me what should i do now. Ask karan with whose permission he cancelled my booking.
