[Resolved] Yatra Online Pvt Ltd — non refund of flight cancellation charges | |
I had cancelled my journey through indio flight 6e 7225 dated 09 aug 2019 booked through yatra on 07 aug 2019 with indigo pnr no pip13t for journey from hyderabad to kannur. Yatra booking reference is[protected] dated 07 aug 2019. I tried to get the refund rom yatra.com but not succeeded. Payment of rs 7891 was made through net banking. Indigo authorities on contact intimated that they had refunded the amount to agency and to contact agency for refund. Yatra.com is failed to refund the cancellation refund even after lapse of more than three weeks. Was this information helpful? | |

In that case, the passenger needs to inform Yatra or can claim their refund directly online from ( My booking tab ). As checked we didn't receive any refund request online.
