Yatra Online — Refund of the air ticket

Extremely unpleasant experience with Yatra for my flight refund for ticket booking number[protected]. The flight was cancelled 2 months ago on 24th March. I just get identical copy paste emails WITHOUT ANY REFUND. Yatra is making no effort to refund my money!!!

They are harassing senior citizens like me!
