Hi,

I had cancelled two train tickets a month back on 16th March. I have not yet received any refund which is about 9000 INR. These yatra guys are just copy pasting same response to wait without actually resolving the refund issue. I feel they just have no intention of releasing my money to me.

Reference yatra.com ticket number is YA:30823200.
Could you please help resolve this issue.

No, wrong statement!! Bank has confirmed that they have not received any money from you. I have been writing several emails since more than a month now and you have same robotic response. You have NOT refunded me any money till date. You are just keeping my money and wasting my time as well. Refund my money ASAP.
The yatra.com has bunch of dumbs as their customer care. Or I doubt they are dumb infact they are helping Yatra.com to loot money from their customers. They are still keeping around 8k which irctc had returned upon cancellation of tickets.

    I tried to book a bus ticket on Yatra and when I made the payment the cash was debited from my ICICI account but ticket was not booked and received a message stating payment not received. Tried to contact Yatra regarding the same but no use. Only keep getting bot messages which makes no sense, ?? Is this how you treat your customers?? I have transaction summary and text received after account was debited. I see so many similar complaints. Where is my solution...

      Dear Yatra Customer Care Team ( Subhi & Sparsh),

      I am seriously surprised that after my multiple emails to you people with all the required details, I have still not received a confirmation email from you people that i can expect my refund payment to my account in 2-3days time.

      In this conversation, I have attached all 4 tickets and latest update from Indigo regarding my refund which I had cancelled and I have been chasing for a refund since last one week.

      Trust me guys, If my money is not refunded by Yatra Team max by Monday (18th April) I can start escalating this case to your top management and will also notify the ministry of aviation complaint department.

      This is one of the worst experiences I have getting through a reputable travel agency.

      Kindly take this up on a serious note and revert me with a confirmation and timeline for my payment.

        Flight ticket not confirmed but payment deducted

        I try to book flight ticket on 5th april 2022 but upi payment successful and debited from my account and ticket not confirmed i was sent email to yatra they told me that wait 48-72 hrs after checking we revert your money but now 110 hrs done but not any email or money received.

        I have booked a ticket to my hometown and the money has been debited from my account but the ticket hasn't been confirmed yet.
        I don't like such a big company is this and they don't even have the customer care numbers to contact anyone.
        And is this the way that this big company is surviving by doing all this scams.
        Okay I'm going to file a complaint in the court against yatra if i don't receive my refund or confirm the ticket do one.

          I booked two flight tickets on 5th April with this booking reference number:[protected] from Delhi to Patna of "indigo" airlines through yatra and cancelled it within 30mintues of booking on the same day. I contacted indigo airlines for the same and they confirmed full refund but yatra is not returning the full amount.

          It's impossible to contact yatra as their all customer care numbers are not functional and the mails send autogenerated replies which are not at all satisfactory.

            We have booked 'kailash resort' in chennai on 06.04.2022 but due to some emergency work we cancelled the booking. We try to contact customer care no but no response.               I had purchased CANCELLATION PROTECTION with my air-tickets (Booking Ref No.[[protected]] on 3th March but did not receive the POLICY DOCUMENT. I will need the CANCELLATION PROTECTION POLICY DOCUMENT to claim reimbursement of cancellation fees, if I cancel my tickets. Please send me the document immediately. I did not receive it when I booked my tickets nor is it available for download on your website.

                I tried to book bus ticket on March 30th 2022 for April 02nd 2022 from Yatra mobile application, but due to some technical error the transaction got failed but the amount is debited from my account. Rs. 5358 is debited from my account.

                    I booked my flight through yatra app. AirAsia cancelled my booking and generated full refund to me through yatra. But yatra deduct some convenience fees rupees 830/- and refund my remaining amount. If i cancelled the booking then I can understand this deduction but if airline cancelled my booking then y we should pay convenience fee to yatra. Y customers have to suffer due to airline mistakes.

                      I had booked a ticket through Yatra online in Parveen travels for travel from Chennai to trichy on Mar 25 boarding at Perungalathur. Seat no. V1,
                      PNR: ABBM3NJ54R4O61
                      Bus No: KL07CN3799
                      Service #: CHETVM VOLVO AC

                      But the bus broke down near Melmaruvathur
                      and no alternate arrangement was made even after 3hrs of waiting on the road. I personally made alternative arrangement of a vehicle from Chennai and reached trichy.

                      Request to cancel the ticket for refund is not attended by Yatra as on date.

                          I advice to never book a International Air India flight from Yatra.com. I booked my flight from Delhi to Sydney (through Bangkok) my Yatra booking reference number was[protected], the flight was scheduled from on 7.12.2021. After getting to the air port, Air India cancelled my flight as transit was not allowed through Bangkok due to increased covid cases, when I asked for a return, they told me to contact yatra.com. Despite contacting them so many times, writing them multiple mails, I still have not got my refund.

                          Please beware of these corrupt people and company.

                          It has been more than 4 months since I am waiting for my refund of international flight booked through yatra.com.

                          Initially it was told to me to wait for 45-60 business days, now its been more than 4 months. Who is responsible for this delay. I can’t see yatra.com making any effort to get money back from airline or they must had received money back from the airline and now not returning it back to me.

                              I tried to book train ticket (Bareilly to jaipur) from Yatra mobile application on 23 march 2022, after doing payment successful of Rs 455.40 through google pay, i did not received my tickets.
                              Also after checking in my account of yatra.com, it is not showing any booking that i did on 23 march 2022
                              I have checked the issue in google pay & my bank they both notified me that money was credited to yatra.com from my account.

                                I have booked flight ticket on 19th march 2022.
                                Flight from dehradun to AHMEDABAD scheduled on 17th may.
                                MY Money got deducted from bank but I didn't received any confirmation mail or message from yatra.com
                                I tried to reach to support team but not much luck.

                                  I have constantly been trying to connect with Yatra support. They have simply been ignoring my emails. All the numbers available online don’t work either. Their support team is absolutely non responsive.

                                  I have spoken to the Go first customer representative and he assured me a complete refund is provided for any cancellations made within 24 hours of booking.

                                  However, Yatra is intentionally wasting this crucial time. Need help with this!

                                      YATRA REF NUMBER[protected]

                                      I had booked a flight ticket from Yatra for Jaipur to Patna scheduled on 26th of March, 2022. I had also checked Yatra's Cancellation Protection so that in case of cancellation, I may receive my refund back . Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel the ticket but I saw that I didn't receive any policy document on mu email for claiming the amount from insurance company. Kindly provide assistance in this regard as soon as possible.
