Today morning (2nd Feb, 2022) I booked a ticket through Yatra app from trivandrum to Bangalore on 12th Feb, 2022. The amount of Rs 5133 got deducted from my bank account but yatra did not confirm my booking, instead after the payment was done, I got an error message in the app. There is no customer care number provided online for this company, which is very suspicious. There is no proper issue resolution. I sent an email to [protected]@yatra.com but nobody from the team has responded. I am seeing lot of consumer complaints similar to mine and I feel I have been cheated too.
