Ue to Covid, We canceled our ticket from Indigo airlne with Yatra Booking ID[protected]. after discussing with Yatra that Indigo is ready to refund their cancellation amount with Indigo voucher, Customer executive from Yatra told that they will refund the whole amount they get from airline. Indigo airline has provided the Indigo vouchers for all their canceled amount,
And Inidigo has also refunded the remaining amount to Yatra as this was canceled due to covid I would expect that Yatra also refund us back refunded money received from Indigo but when I called customer executive again they refused for full refund amount

Updated by avi4u0291 Why there are deductions of applicable charges and promotional discounts when Indigo has done full refund due to Covid situation. Indigo has already provided refund of their cancellation charges in form of Indigo voucher and remaining amount credited to Yatra to refund the remaining amount. I would expect Yatra also understand the Covid situaton and do the needful.
Please look into this on priority and escalate if needed.

Updated by avi4u0291 Indigo has refunded their cancellation charges in terms of voucher, let us know if you need those voucher details. Clear trip has also refunded the remaining amount for my other ticket so I also expect yatra also refund my remaining amount.

Updated by avi4u0291 I have already clarified that Indigo has already refunded their cancellation charges with issuing voucher and I have received those vouchers. and remaining amount paid to Yatra, becasue its kind of full refund Yatra should refund what ever you have received because its kind of full refund.
Clear trip has done the same for my other ticker. request to escalate this to senior management of Yatra.

Please escalate this matter to senior management. This ticket was cancelled due to covid situation and you can't deduct any money in refund from Indigo because it was full refund.
