I messaged and I e-mail number of times regarding my problem.I booked a hotel today evening, my money was deducted from my account but till I didn't received any confirmation from yatra.I wrote e-mail to different id's of Yatra.com but till I didn't received any reply...My email id is = [protected]@gmail.com

      I have booked roundtrip with reference number QW5F8T which is covered by cancellation protection plan. I want to reschedule/Cancel one side journey but on your portal it is rescheduling/Cancelling both side journey. Should I cancel directly by airline. Would it be covered by cancellation protection plan. What should I do.

        I booked a flight ticket thru yatra portal and the flight got cancelled by the airlines, airlines recunded full amount ie Rs6345/-to yatra but yatra processed the refund of Rs5846/- to me inspite of my cacnelation protection worth Rs 659/- which i have purchased at the time of booking.

          1. Flight details I booked with double amount SG3752 6.40 pm 13 may 2022
          For 7 passengers
          2 in Yatra app I searched flight with 2500 ticket price . Same was price in ibibo.
          3 when entered credit card details it popped up message that price got updated to 5500 per ticket price
          4. I cancelled and researched in Yatra app and saw price is increased to 5500.
          5. So panicky I booked with high price for 7 passengers
          6. Later I checked on ibibo and found ticket price is 2500 for same flight I booked.
          7. Only on Yatra mobile app it was showing high price of 5500
          8. I tried to contact Yatra via mobile chat and placed the issue but no response.
          9 Sir I request to see in matter. I want full refund Of 40789 rs . Total amount or charge only for 2500 and refund extra amount . For 2500 ticket, total amt of approx 27000 was coming.
          10. Please look in matter so that if required I can book fresh ticket with low price.

          Sir as on 27 Feb 2022, ticket price for 13 may 2022 at 6.40 pm for same above flight from Yatra and ibibo is attached for ur reference
          It’s 2903 rs per passenger.
          I was charged 5500 per ticket on 25 Feb for same flight by showing auto increasing price at last moment of booking

          We would want to inform you that fares are dynamic in nature and keeps on changing as per availability and if there is any change in the itinerary while confirming the booking, system will not confirm the booking. Same has happened in your case too.

          Initial price was 2500
          Dynamic price 5500 I.e more than double.
          Only for my login it was showing 5500. But if I check at web page as a guest it shows original price I. 2500. So that means it’s trick. As u know am booking for 7 passengers artificial price hike was created.
          After a week also I saw price as 2500 or max of 2900 in Yatra and other sites like Ibibo.
          I booked this on 25 Feb way advance . I look like fool if I will tell that I booked at such high price even though someone can book with low price as of today.
          I request to refund extra amount charged.

          As informed in our previous communication that fares are dynamic and can change as per the availability at the airline end. Kindly note the amount charged by Yatra at the time of booking was paid to the airline for the confirmation and the same can be checked with the airline.

                I had purchased CANCELLATION PROTECTION with my air-tickets (Booking Ref No.[protected] but did not receive the POLICY DOCUMENT. I will need the CANCELLATION PROTECTION POLICY DOCUMENT to claim reimbursement of cancellation fees, if I cancel my tickets. Please send me the document immediately. I did not receive it when I booked my tickets nor is it available for download on your website.

                    I have booked the train ticket from www.yatra.com but booked ticket was in waitlisted and after chart prepared booked ticket is in RAC. So i want to cancel the ticket but unable to process that because of chart prepared. Then i have option to file the TDR but it was also failed to file the TDR from Yatra App. Now they denied for the refund.

                    Required refund of the train ticket due to unable to file the TDR from there app.

                          When I tried to book flight ticket to travel from Bareilly to Bangalore on 23rd Feb 2022 to travel on 1st March 2022 through yatra website, amount for Rs.19691/- got debited from my Debit Card Account but ticket was not booked.

                          I got a debit message from the bank but there was no booking confirmation from Yatra and it said the booking was failed.

                          Hence I request Yatra to refund the amount debited ASAP.

                          I had sent lot of mails on this subject to Yatra customer support. But till now there is no reply.

                            Hi,
                            I booked a trip from Hyderabad to Coimbatore on Feb 21 2022. Journey date is 27th Feb 2022. My payment was made through Gpay UPI method. Payment was debited from my account and the ticket is not booked and I also didn't get the booking reference number also. I checked with GAPY customer care, they have confirmed that there is no issue from their side. Got the same confirmation from bank also. They asked to check with Merchant. As, I have my flight soon, can you help me out on this. Please refund the amount soon so that I can book the tickets again. Its very urgent

                                "I booked direct flight on 14.02.2022 to travel on 15.02.2022 from chennai to New delhi but due to seat unavailability you shifted the same to connected flights via Mumbai without any intimation to myself, which is not correct and ethically wrong, that is why I cancelled the ticket and booked another ticket through some other vendor. Amount of INR 6, 146.98 has only been paid as refund in place of full ticket amount which is approx INR 14, 000. there was no fault from my end so plz pay my refund in full."

                                If you did not find my claim as correct then plz mention the email id or contact no of the person/concern where I can escalate the issue. Hoping to hear from you soon.

                                    I made my booking thru yatra but had to call air india to cancel. So I did. There was a penalty which I accepted. For an approx 80, 000 ticket, the penalty was around 20, 000 and I expected an approx of 60, 000/ That's what was explained to me as well, and these are the cancellation charges as per yatra as well. Then can someone explain why the refund amount is 1993 rs only? Yatra says that's what they received and they don't even have a person to actually talk to. A very rude customer service agent on Air India speaks to me and says to take it up with Yatra, where the only mode of communication is email and thats not quick enough. How do I do this?

                                      I booked a flight ticket thought yatra ref no[protected] for true jet flight 2T-711 from ahmedabad to kandla DT 26/11/21.pnr L742F4. Flight was canceled by airline .I have applied for redund before two months.uptil date no response from yatra.

                                        YA:26908441' Fwd: REBOOKING USING CREDIT SHELL - PNR: KFJTTV

                                        I had made a booking (Indigo Airlines) which had to be cancelled due to Covid. I received a credit shell of Rs. 10, 282 .
                                        At the time of booking I was studying at Ashoka University and using my university email id as user id. I do not have access to that email id as I have since passed out o[censored]niversity.
                                        I have since asked Yatra to change my email id so I can use the credit shell but they have not done so consequently I cannot used the Credit Shell. This is very frustrating. Please assist
