I have book a ticket via yatra from delhi to jaipur Air india. They have charged me the amount for the meal but no meal has been given. when i check with air hosstess she told me the mistake of yatra

    Yesterday 21st of January 2022 I was booking my flight and all of sudden my money got deducted after payment I was checking for flight ticket but there wasn't any. Please help me in terms refund my amount.

      We Booked partially refundable Flight Tickets of Spicejet worth 16880 through Yatra.com.
      Yatra.com charged us a convenience charge/Fee of 25. Making An Invoice of Rs. 16880+ Rs. 25 = Rs.16905, invoice number AI2206/10223152 dated 30 November 2021, Booking Reference YT42715105. We paid 16905 by Debit Card to complete the Transaction.

      On 13th january 2021, We Cancelled spicejet Tickets bought worth 16880 through Yatra. Spicejet Charged Cancellation fee of 14700 from 16880. And refunded the remaining Amount via Credit Note Invoice No: 32422/[protected] Invoice Date: 13­Jan­2022 15:01 PM amounted Rs. 2180, that will Reach Us Via Yatra.com. But Yatra is not Refunding Our Ticket Refund Amount 2180 received by them on Our behalf to Us. Kindly Look into the Matter, and Please Get Us Our Refund Amount back from Yatra.com. Have Written them 4 times, but they are giving lame answers, baseless, non-factual Replies and Not Refunding our Amount

      Airline Cancellation Penalty Deducted: INR 14700.00 
      Refund from Airlines: INR 2180.00
      Promotional Discount Deducted: INR 2050.00
      Yatra Service Fee Deducted: INR 2000.00
      Total Refund Amount: Nil

      Disclaimer: Promotional Discount, Yatra Convenience fee & Insurance charges are non-refundable.

      Yatra Service Fee was Already Paid by Us at the Time of Booking. Then Why Yatra Service Fee is been deducted again from Our Refund??

      Promotional discount given by Yatra is for thier Promotion, to attract customers. Yatra has to bear promotion charges of thier Brand by themselves. Not by Craving on Customers Refund Money.

      When Yatra Offers Free Cancellations, where this Yatra Service Fee comes in From?
      Fees for Booking a Ticket is 25 bucks and Fees for Cancelling the Same ticket is 2000 bucks.
      This is nothing but Lame names given to Loot on Consumers Refund money.
      You will not refund the Consumers money, and will give names of Different charges to balance up the customers refund Amount.
      This Yatra Service Fee is Totally Unjustified, and just a Name given to Loot the Refund Amount of Customers.

      At the time of Booking No Such Cancellation Charges were Mentioned/shared on the review your booking page under the fare rule tab.
      Yatra is just Robbing the Refund Money of Travellers, not refunding it to customers and Rataining Customers Hard Earned Money under the name of Different non relevant charges, giving Lame Excuses.

        I booked 2 tickets together and added cancellation protect on my booking. I contacted Liberty insurance and Yatra. Now they are saying that you have opted one passenger cancellation protection.
        Firstly there was no option to opt passenger cancellation protect was for the whole booking. Also I paid extra for the insurance of 2 passengers.
        I just received cancellation charges of 1 passenger from insurance company. There is no tele contact customer support, and email reply are late and incomplete.

          I have book a flight BOM to LHR and the details were changed automatically. I haven’t been able to reach customer service and I’ve incurred a loss of 40k rs. The baggage allowance option was also not available and therefore there’s 0 baggage mentioned.

I haven’t been able to reach customer service and I’ve incurred a loss of 40k rs. The baggage allowance option was also not available and therefore there’s 0 baggage mentioned. And the booking isn’t showing on the virgin Atlantic site as well. Please resolve it and send me my refund!!!

            Hello Yatra Team,

            Yesterday I booked four rail tickets total costing 1505.36INR and i paid through UPI. My money was deducted instantly but there was no booking for me. very disappointing experience faced on my first booking from Yatra. Please resolve this today. Either refund my money today or give me my confirmed booking as I booked. Because very few seats left I have to book again. If I don't get my refund or my ticket by today and seats gone for my date, who will be responsible. I have attached the payment prood below.

            Hope Yatra team will look into it and help me and resolve this .

            as i said there was no booking for me in the yatra app. But from last 2days there is a cancelled booking showing with id[protected]. You guys have advise me on Messenger that the refund has been processed from your side. But it's been five days i did't receive my money. Whenever I ask for my refund an auto generated email I receive to keep patience till you go through my problem.

              Ue to Covid, We canceled our ticket from Indigo airlne with Yatra Booking ID[protected]. after discussing with Yatra that Indigo is ready to refund their cancellation amount with Indigo voucher, Customer executive from Yatra told that they will refund the whole amount they get from airline. Indigo airline has provided the Indigo vouchers for all their canceled amount,

              And Inidigo has also refunded the remaining amount to Yatra as this was canceled due to covid I would expect that Yatra also refund us back refunded money received from Indigo but when I called customer executive again they refused for full refund amount

              Why there are deductions of applicable charges and promotional discounts when Indigo has done full refund due to Covid situation. Indigo has already provided refund of their cancellation charges in form of Indigo voucher and remaining amount credited to Yatra to refund the remaining amount. I would expect Yatra also understand the Covid situaton and do the needful.

              Please look into this on priority and escalate if needed.

              Indigo has refunded their cancellation charges in terms of voucher, let us know if you need those voucher details. Clear trip has also refunded the remaining amount for my other ticket so I also expect yatra also refund my remaining amount.

              I have already clarified that Indigo has already refunded their cancellation charges with issuing voucher and I have received those vouchers. and remaining amount paid to Yatra, becasue its kind of full refund Yatra should refund what ever you have received because its kind of full refund.

              Clear trip has done the same for my other ticker. request to escalate this to senior management of Yatra.

              No, I am not convinced with the response provided. If Clear trip can return full amount without deducting anything why not Yatra. Please escalate this matter to senior management. This ticket was cancelled due to covid situation and you can't deduct any money in refund from Indigo because it was full refund.

              This is not acceptable in case of Covid situation, If Indigo and clear trip has refunded full amount without deducting anything then Yatra should also do the same. Please escalate this to highest level, you can cheat customer.

                Yatra.com Ticket not booked but amount got deducted

                I tried to book hotel twice but both the time transactions failed but money got deducted from bank account.
                Have already sent an email to yatra team with all transaction details. It is almost 20days and need a faster resolution....

                Made a transaction on 18th January, where around 16, 612 got deducted but page said transaction failed. My money should have been refunded by now but it hasn't happened, please refund asap.

                  My booking reference number: YH6784263. I have booked holiday trip to Mauritius travel date is 3rd February for which i had paid 30k rest of amount I had to pay for which I have asked for some time due to corona situation .When Trip was booked cases were in limited hence policy were different now the situation is different cases are huge in number but policy are not in favor of customer hence. I am asking the either full refund on the bases of medical ground or take remaining amount before 5 days of departure but yarta is not ready to accept any condition just took 30k advace and harresing people to pay full amount. Is this justified i will take this issue to consumers court.

                    I have been following up over emails for the last so many days as they have stopped all their contact numbers. They simply right to connect to airlines apart from general reply on mails. I tried several times to connect to Air India and it took me more then 45 minutes each time which was really frustrating. Airline kept saying that I should get in touch with Yatra as I got the booking done through Yatra.com. Airline also informed that flight has been cancelled and refund is processed to Yatra.com
                    Yatra.com neither informed me about flight cancellation nor informed about refund
                    If I go to their app and try for refund they made a remarks over there if there is any issue then yatra will not be liable for monetary losses. How come I make online cancellation of my own as if something wrong happens they I would loss hard earned money
                    Further to that to my surprise why they have stopped all their contact numbers? Post my mail once they called me and informed that there all numbers are stopped and email is the only way to connect. Till date there is no update regarding the refund

                      I have made a domestic flight booking for tomorrow using my yatra account linked with mobile number - [protected], email id - [protected]@gmail.com.

                      The domestic flight booking was from KJB to BLR on 16/01/2022 (Tommrow) at 3:45P.M. Money has been deducted from my paytm wallet but my ticket booking was not confirmed. Considering the fact my travel is tomorrow I am not getting any response from Yatra support and I am confused should I wait for my ticket details confirmation or will I get an refund.

                        I have booked a hotel ticket through yatra and amount for the booking deducted from my account and no booking confirmation recieved. Even there is no bookings shown in records. I have retired back after my trip. I have checked with hotel and they said no bookings has come from yatra to them. Hence I booked another room directly during my trip.

                          Cancellation Protection Policy not received after booking my flight tickets

                          I had purchased CANCELLATION PROTECTION with my air-tickets

                          on 16 December, 2021 but did not receive the LIBERTY POLICY DOCUMENTS.
                          I will need the CANCELLATION PROTECTION POLICY DOCUMENT to claim reimbursement of cancellation fees, if I cancel my tickets.
                          Please send me the document immediately. I did not receive it when I booked my tickets...

                              I, John B. Noronha had initiated an airplane ticket on www.yatra.com, on entering the details I proceeded and successfully completed with the payment of ₹5121.00 with UPI app (Google Pay). The amount has been deducted from my bank(Kotak Mahindra) but there was no confirmation on the ticket nor there has been a refund of my amount. I have sent mails to the customer care of the merchant but there has been no response to my queries.
                              Most of their telecommunication numbers have ceased to exist and the rest are bots with complaints stored and Goin unheard of. Hence I seeked the help of this site as many fellow users have undergone the same issue with yatra.com I have attached the required screen shots with this complaint

                              The mail we used to initiate the booking was [protected]@gmail.com, because the amount was deducted and no booking was confirmed, it is an expected result to not find any previous booking as thus was our first experience with yatra. I have attached the screen shot of my profile

                                I booked my tickets from ranchi to goa for 26th of January 2022 and the was canceled due to operational reasons. And I have been trying to apply for a refund and they keep on showing login failed and account disabled.

                                  My Air India flight from Delhi to Kullu (via Chandigarh) was cancelled by the airline due to bad weather. However, Yatra, after the initial response have stopped responding to my follow ups regarding the refund.

                                  I had booked tickets for both my wife and me. The Yatra reference no. is[protected]. The mail chain on which i have ben following up has the subject line: "Re: 'YA:29939349' Refund for Flight Cancellation".

                                  I have already sent your customer support team FIVE follow up emails to no avail. I am really tired of running behind you guys for this. Please help me close this!

                                    I have booked a flight from Yatra on 4th January with my Phone number - [protected].

                                    I had to travel from Gulbarga to Bangalore, and I booked the ticket vice versa ( Bangalore to Gulbarga) . I canceled the ticket immediately and booked another ticket with the same airline for Thursday.

                                    As it was a genuine mistake and I canceled the ticket within a span of 10 minutes, now I see there is no refund added to my account. Request you to please look into this and refund the amount.
                                    This is really a difficult time for all o[censored]s, and these things matter the most.
                                    Thank you for responding back, I spoke with the Airlines customer service representative and what they informed me was if Yatra.com raises a request from their side, we will refund the process and it was booked in an emergency.

                                    I request the team to kindly look into this, I understand we will have a charge added if we cancel the air ticket. But if you see I have canceled the ticket in a span of 10 mins. It was done by error. I hope you can understand my situation and give me a resolution.

                                    It's not that i canceled due to not being able to travel, i am traveling but the location i put was wrong. Just because of a small issue, Please do not charge me for the complete amount.
                                    I booked another ticket in the same app and went to the same destination, please refer to the booking Reference number is[protected]. It is booked under the same customer name as my mother. And she is traveling from Gulbarga to Bangalore on 6th January.

                                    I am unable to contact Yatra as there is no customer care number number nor Yatra is not providing any resolution
