Hello, I have booked a flight with Yatra.com for travel for 2 passengers. Flights from India to UK was OK but UK to India was cancelled and although it was cancelled by Airline ( Jet airways), refund is yet not proceeded even after 2 years and although tickets were IATA protected. Even after multiple follow up with Yatra. com, they are not refunding the payment made by me towards them for cancelled flights.

    Dear yatra team

    I have tried booking yesterday for a bus journey from Goa to Hyderabad for my family members for 1st December 2021. The reference number given was[protected].

    Not yet received any confirmation on my bus ticket booking.

    Need to take a call on my travel plans.

        Hello Team,

        On 21st of Novemeber I booked a hotel in Manadarmani through Yatra for 26th to 28th November . The booking got confirmed after full payemnt of Rs. 8621, with reference number[protected]. However, when we called the hotel later, they said that they no more accept booking from Yatra, yet Yatra shows the hotel in their site. When we tried to contact Yatra over mail (as their on call support is not available) they promised to resolve the issue within 24 hrs. Now it is 48 hours and they have not replied back after many followups. I have all the mails and booking information.
        I would request team to take care of this issue at the earliest.

          I booked my ticket but ticket not confirmed

          You guys taken 27 881 INR from my ICICI bank
          Just refund asap or confirm ticket. If I am not able to travel then I wil file case in court for travel compensation for new flight charges and accomodation etc.do not play games ..i know you wants to get refund charges ..i know its games to keep some money to run your company

            Recently I had a booking with yatra. Booking id is[protected]

            The hotel confirmed that they don't accept booking with Yatra. Still yatra showed it as available and charged me money.

            No customer support service is working. No chat support not even call number.

            They are not responding or refunding my money.

            It is really very difficult and poor.

              I have booked tickets on the 13th of November for 4 passengers and even though the amount has been deducted from my Banking Account, I have still not received any Ticket Confirmation or an email stating any technical issues for cancellation or refund of the amount.

                Herewith, I Mohnish Saiyed sharing my booking detail, Chandigarh to Ahmedabad tickets for 4 passengers including myself, PNR : IL2S4J. However, By mistake tickets we’er booked for 16th November 2021 instead of 15th November 2021. I contactes airline and cancelled the ticket within one hour of booking and indigo care executive told me to refund fully on yatra portal. therefore my request to consent person of yatra is do the process of refund ASAP, I will be really thankful to you. Hoping for best outcome.

                  Our Trip to North east Darjeeling & Gangtok From 30 Nov to 4th Dec. we family of 6 members travelled through Yatra.com and had the worst experience regarding their arrangements of Vehicle, I happened to talk to Mr. Amit Singh and paid the whole package amount of around 2.94 lakhs. Then we were asked to take help of Mr. Puneet if there is any problem with our Travel Arrangements. As scheduled we reached Bagdogra Airport on 4 Nov 2021 at 9.30 am. Once we were Out of the Airport, Mr Rahim was outside the Airport picked us up and while loading the Luggage on his Mahindra Xylo he said the luggage was too much for the vehicle. Then we said we have paid All the amount to Yatra and asked him to contact them. He talked to Mr. Ashesh a Local agent of Yatra at Darjeeling who had arranged the vehicle. Then he too said the luggage is too much for the vehicle and should hire one more vehicle. On hearing this Nonsense because of Yatra we talked to Mr. Puneet and Mr. Amit Singh instead of looking into our problems ( Our luggage was 10 kg in check in & hand luggage of 5-6 kg per passenger as Allowed by the Domestic Flights) though the Number of Bags Looked more it was not heavy. After lots of discussion with Both Amit Singh and Puneet we were made to Shell out another Rs. 10500/- extra for the Taxi which was upgraded to a Tempo Traveller for carrying us during our shifting from one place to another. These Buggers don’t understand Our Problems and blame us for the luggage we carry, On the way we met people who had Booked their Journey from other operators and even if they were 2 members Only, they were provided with an Innova vehicle for a comfortable Journey. Luckily the Drivers in Darjeeling who ferried us were Really Good and helped us in Our sight seeing, even they too were surprised of these people having charged us so much. About the Hotels Booked, The Hote in Darjeeling was Good, but that Hotel fellow charged us Rs. 300/- per Day per Room for the Room heater & were asked to Pay another Rs. 1800/- for our 3 Rooms, The Hotel in Gangtok was too down the hill with very narrow lanes and were ferried to the Hotel through smaller Taxis, The Hotel Summit Golden crescent & Resorts & spa was Just Horrible, No Hot water, Blocked and Clogged Bathrooms, on the Day of Departure on 3 Nov we could get Hot water at last. Now the Hotel in Kalimpong was Summit Golden Crescent Resort & Spa was too down the hill and the vehicle never reached the Hotel again Summit Grand hotel. It is very difficult for Pt’s with heart Problems and elderly to go down or up to Road from the Hotel. We had to hire a Taxi of our Own at 4 am before Departure to Bagdogra Airport at 4 am. to reach the road about 500 meters up the hill. Now about the sight seeing, we couldn’t see the Tibetan monetary at Darjeeling as it was closed on Sunday, in Gangtok we couldn’t go to Narula pass as it is closed for travellers on Monday and Tuesday, on the last day we were asked to see some Hanuman Temple at Kalimpong, The Driver Kust Laughed and said what Nonsense was that if you people come to Sikkim and Don’t see Ravangla, Samudruptse & Lamchi. Then we negotiated with him and paid him another Rs. 4500/- to him to take us to those places, instead of we paying from Our Pocket and going, why can’t these Yatra people don’t arrange the same iternary and ask the driver to Drop us at Kalimpong? We booked through them and taken for a Jolley ride by( YATRA )them. So Totally we had to Shell Out Rs. 10500+ 1800+ 4500/- Total Rs. 16800/- extra and as well face the misery of fighting with them on phone. We the travellers are Always at the receiving end because we have paid in Advance and get Screwed as per their wish and will, Both Mr. Puneet and Mr. Amit Singh are asking us to co operate by Paying, if at All they had the concern, they should have arranged a second vehicle from their side and compensated us isn’t it. Our booking was done without studying the terrain of where we were travelling because of Lack of Time. It was our Mistake, we have traveled with Thomascook, Kesari, and many Others who have never failed in their commitment. The Best were Thomascook and Kesari People, Apt in their commitment and management. Even One star * isn’t worth for these people. We have to give because it doesn’t take our Review. So don’t opt with these fellows.

                    Still not received a refund after being promised by the Yatra Person who called on 03.11.2021 that the refund has been process and I would recieve a refund in 3-4 days

                    below is the case

                    Neither AIR INDIA nor YATRA is looking into expediting the refund on the ticket
                    AIR INDIA confirmed over phone that there is a full refund but are not sending any mail to me
                    Yatra on the other hand is finding ways not to refund the ticket
                    I had booked a ticket on AIRINDIA ticket no[protected] through Yatra Ref no[protected], Due to restriction in the US, I was not able to fly in May and got this ticket cancelled. Still not received the refund
                    Although My Wife had the same ticket booked with Air India ticket no.[protected] booked through Yatra ref ID[protected], for that Ticket we got full refund

                    Why can't I get the full refund for my ticket

                    Its seems like AIRINDIA and YATRA both are in mood of not refunding the money i had paid them

                    I need full refund and a compensation for the delay and harassment

                        I have been reaching out to Yatra and getting disappointed everytime by standard copy-paste response from Yatra staff asking same details in all my queries/complaints. Yatra booking ref:[protected] for an international flight refund. Airindia confirmed the eligibility of refund, but it should be requested by Yatra and yatra staff is marking my all complaints 'resolved' without acting on it. Air India confirmed they never received any refund request.

                        I have no other avenue but to turn to Social Media all channels and Consumer forums to escalate.

                            I tried to book hotel on yatra app but due to issue with payment failure i didn't receive booking confirmation due to that i tried to book again but then it booked twice. My Payment deducted twice and i informed them immediately through email but they are refunding the amount for one booking.
                            they are behaving like a chor comapny.
                            Please issue refund for one of the below.

                              Your behaviour is not acceptable

                              Now yatra will give full refund for cok to del

                              Cok to del air trip insurance is not confirmed means that it is liberty insurance issue or yatra issue even after collecting the cancellation premium to me.
                              Can u give the compensation Rs one lakhs as your mistakes

                              Once I paid the cancellation protection premium, you will.pay the full refund Rs 4500 or whatever as u agreed

                              Instead of this, you told you refund #cancellations protection premiem amount#
                              I hope that I cancelled ticket, I will get full refund as consumer and you agreed to me as consumer

                              Now how it will be right to refund the cancellation premium instead of full refund

                              It is like cheating from yatra

                              You have done mistake for displaying full refund with cancellations protection and now you only refunded cancellations premium

                                I have booked a holidays with yatra - to make the booking i shared mine and my husband's name as well as our passport copies with yatra representative. Yatra representative has made a mistake with my husband's name.

                                I have been trying to contact Yatra for a week and answered was promised to me every day (without success).

                                Yatra now refuses to change the ticket claiming it was me who did the mistake. I am sure the data was correct at the time of booking. I am sure i provided the correct name as well.

                                Yatra refuses to make the change - any advice?

                                  I had book a flight from Dibrugarh to Bangalore which I cancelled on 19.10.2021 due to some inconvenience. They showed that I would get a refund of Rs 4283 that will be credited in my account. It's already two days and I have not received it yet. Booking reference number:[protected]

                                    These is to inform you i karan dutta had booked a flight ticket from bagdogra airport to mumbai airport for 06/11/21 in spicejet from yatra website with yatra reference number[protected] and during the time of the payment the money was debited from my bank ac but i did not recieve any information of the booking nor the ticket was booked yatra has done fraud with me my only complain is that yarta needs to refund my money and they are not doing that and anyone from the yatra company is not responding .

                                      I have been in touch with Yatra foe a refund on an AIR INDIA ticket vide yatra ref number[protected]
                                      It's been months that the refund is not processed, and all the time team asks for additional time
                                      A same ticket was booked for my wife with the same airlines and date
                                      she received full refund on that ticket

                                      I need my refund and compensation from Yatra at the earliest

                                      How come My wife got the refund for the same flight on the date

                                      US had posted restriction on entries for non immigrants visa holders from 5th of May 2021 due to covid
                                      i think the Airline should be aware of that along with you as a travel company

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        This is with reference to my flight cancelation (PNR-D68STP) refund from yatra.com. I mailed many of the time for refund but did not get proper response from their end.

                                        Kunal Bariya (Team Leader) - SME Operations from Yatra.com has mailed me that refund has processed and It has already credited to my account but till now I have not get my money back. I had shared my Bank statement to Yarta support team to check that refund has not credited yet.

                                        Hence I consult with my SBI Bank for refund but they said refund has not get process from Yarta end, so did not received any amount in such period. So Again I mail Yarta team for above concern but they have done any thing for this matter.

                                        I request to you, Kindly look into the matter and refund my amount as soon as possible. Otherwise I will make an Legal action against the Yatra company in Consumer Court.
