Yatra is not refunding my money for flight ticket though airline refunded the ticket.

I sent mail so many times but no proper reply. They are asking me login to check the status.

When i checked the status the ticket was available.

        Address: 6th & 11th Floor, Tower D, Unitech Cyber Park, Gurgaon Sector 39, Gurgaon - 122001, Opposite HSBC Bank

        This is regarding refund of E ticket no[protected] of a senior citizen person which yatra has processed from its own and taken refund from Air India without any request initiated from my side (Traveller side). Due to which we have faced so many difficulties and 35000 expense on funds for booking the new ticket .

        After long chain of followup on calls and mails Yatra responded that they will give only Rs 13000 against Rs 35000 ticket and also intimated that refund is auto processed from Airlines and we can not do anything about the deductions made by airlines.

        I Have bought ticket from Yatra and yatra is responsible for any deductions made by auto processed refund from Airlines or if it is from Yatra. When traveller have not initiated refund why traveller bear the deductions that too 23000 Rs deduction.

        Ticket details and events details are as below:

        This ticket was originally booked from Yatra for travel of delhi to Chicago and Chicago to delhi in 2020 which we could not use due to lockdown and rescheduled it for 2021 from AIR INDIA office for following dates:

        Traveler details- Shri Bhagwan tyagi

        16 March 2021 - Delhi to Chicago
        23 Jul 2021 - Chicago to Delhi

        My father Shri Bhagwan tyagi boarded the flight on 16 March 2021 successfully. when I called Air India to change the date of 23 July 2021 which is scheduled from Chicago to delhi, it was informed by Air India representatives that Yatra has already taken refund for this ticket.

        Now Yatra is telling me that they have not processed the refund and airlines did.

        Issue is that both airlines and Yatra getting benefitted out of it and deductions of tune of Rs 23000 bear by traveller for no fault. I request this forum to initiate action against the same and penalize Yatra for his actions which not only harassing their customers by doing frauds monetray but also giving mental harrasement to do all these things. and reuest to refund my entire amount

          I booked two tickets with Yatra.com. Please find the ticket details below.

          Name:- Jagdish Kumawat

          YATRA REF NO:[protected]

          Name:- Mahavir Prasad

          YATRA REF NO:[protected]

          I missed the flight so I asked AirAsia to refund me No Show money so AirAsia have refunded my No Show money but Yatra is refusing to refund the money. Yatra is saying that I need to pay convenience fee again but I already paid the convenience fee to them while buying the ticket. Yatra.com is not even have helpline number to talk to them and resolve the issue.

          Thanks for helping out. AirAsia have refunded 701 rupees per ticket for now show/Airport Tax. So total refund money should be 701*2 = 1402 (for both the tickets) but the refund amount I got from you is 111 rupees and 324 rupees only (Received amount in two transaction). Can you please explain why you are not refunding the complete NO SHOW refund money that is 701 per ticket and in total for both the ticket is 1402.

Please note incase of cancellation/ no-show refund apart from the Airline charges, Yatra service fee of INR 400 per person is applicable and any promotion discount availed at the time of booking is non-refundable.               Mentally Traumatized By Mr. Kumar Abhinav/Mr.Akash Upadhyay, Made Payment of Rs.128750, For A ticket issuance, Reference Number[protected], When I called 5-10 Times they are saying allow 2 hours, now saying 24-48 Hours, who will compensate if fare increases by tomorrow, I told them to issue the ticket or refund back the amount, they said wait for 24-48 hours. Please Its a request to take strict action against them.

                My booking Id is[protected].Already I had overviewed my refund status over and over again as it is still under process.As it is already been 5+months.When I contacted the British airways they are asking me to contact them through you.I had waited recklessly.                           I tried to book a room in Hotel Radisson, Lucknow on 25.07.2021 using yatra.com through my email I'd kunal.[protected]@gmail.com and mobile no. [protected].

                          I paid an amount of RS. 2624/- through upi but did not receive any message or email regarding booking confirmation. Eventually, I booked a room through other mode.

                          Till date, I have not received refund of RS. 2624/- from yatra.com

                              I tried to book a flight from New York(JFK) to Kolkata(CCU). The money (36992.00) from the bank account got debited but the reservation wasn't made.                                 I have booked a flight ticket from Kolkata to Phuket on April 2020 and I have received the mail stating amount of 136566.00 so I have shared my bank details but again after enquiring of refund status my refund money got deducted and asking me of my account details.
                                So in respect to that if my problem not solved I need to file a case in consumer forum. My refund details is[protected]

                                    Hi Team,

                                    This is Anmol from Jammu. I booked a room on 8th July 2021 through yatra website for a domestic hotel booking id:[protected] in a so called DELUXE ROOM WITH LUXURIOUS FACILITIES, HOTEL TRINETRA, PATNITOP

                                    PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED PICTURES TO GET A GIST OF MY EXPERIENCE.

                                    I am disappointed and sad to reiterate that this is a serious concern on Personal Hygiene, Safety, Customer Care, Satisfaction, Experience in such a pandemic time when Hotel Staff and Yatra doesn't care about any of these following concerns:

                                    - Pillows, Pillow Covers and Bedsheet dirty and stinky (used ones)
                                    - Rooms were stinky including bathroom
                                    - No basic inventory provided like Tea/Coffee sachets, Toiletry etc.
                                    - Dirty glasses, cups, electric kettle (used)
                                    - Wall covered with pan masala spits and what not
                                    - Burnt switch boards
                                    - Used slippers
                                    - Floor mat and all the material present inside the room was dirty and stinky

                                    No words to say anything further, I want a refund for my booking and apology for the inconvenience caused.

                                    I am already in contact with your team, but when i didn't get any resolution from you. I approached the Consumer Service to escalate the issue. I got an email from you stating that Refund can't be processed. I want refund and an apology for the inconvenience caused to us. You guys don't understand the concern or work towards it because i am not the only person in this world who would have reported such incident otherwise i shouldn't have faced this issue.

As we checked and found that your refund of INR 2635.00 has been processed from our end on 09 JUL 2021. Please note Yatra takes 24 hours to process the refund, if payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from a public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.

                                        I have requested for my flight ticket refund on January 23, 2020. I booked Air India flight ticket through Yatra.com and missed my connecting Air India flight due to bad weather conditions. Air India agreed to refund the whole amount but Yatra is taking more than 1 year 6 months to process my refund. If Air India doesn't have problem in refunding then why Yatra is taking such a long time? Yatra booking reference number[protected].
                                        It clearly seems Yatra need no future customers.
