Booking Reference:[protected]

The air ticket with United airlines, was cancelled by the airline in September 2020. Yatra.com has already received the refund from the airline in February 2021. This information was confirmed to me by an email from [protected]@yatra.com on Feb 26, 2021.

I shared all the necessary bank account details with them by email. Its been over 2 months and still I have not received the refund. I have all the email exchanges with me, and I have reminded them multiple times. If they reply, they only say "We would like to inform you that a refund of INR for your booking is being processed which may take 7-10 working days to reflect in the neft account."

This is a difficult situation, wherein Yatra is neither providing phone support nor helping through email support.

Hi,

I had already shared those details in the email thread.

Please note the following:
1) Ticket amount was paid using my credit card, with my name: RAHUL K SEVAKULA
2) The credit card bill was paid using my wife (Saumya Sevakula's) bank account

I have already shared the credit card statement, and my wife's bank account statement for refund, but have not received the refund yet. May I know, what else do you need?

May I know why are you not sending back the refund to the credit card account? I prefer it that way. Kindly expedite the refund process soon.

        I booked ticket from yatra for varanasi to mumbai flight. Amount deducted from my bank account, but ticket is not provided .
        Sent mail to yatra support complaint on their app and site, tried to contact them via any medium but failed effect of that I'm stuck and not able to book my very urgent travel

          I cancelled a domestic flight I had booked with Yatra with reference number[protected]. On 9 th April 2021, Yatra sent me an email saying the refund has been processed and I should receive the refund of Rs.21058 in my bank account in 2-7 days. SInce last month everytime your New executive ask for bank details which has been already submitted with you.
          Service of yatra is so bad as there is no customer care avaible to solve issue.
          Dont ask for register email id now in forum.U can get it from your reference number.Please deposit it asap.

            Are you guys freaking crazy I have canceled my flight on 17th of april and no refunds initiated yet, after calling airline they have returned the money but you guys didn’t your calling number are unreachable !! I have also complained about you on cyber crime

              I cancelled a SpiceJet flight I had booked with Yatra with reference number[protected]. On 15th April 2021, Yatra sent me an email saying the refund has been processed and I should receive the refund of Rs.9511 in my bank account in 2-7 days. It has been a week since then and I inquired with the bank, and they have processed no deposits from Yatra. I want to receive my money asap.

                I booked two air tickets for myself and my brother for air india airlines thru Yatra.com travel agency. Later my ight got cancelled and there was no option to rebook hence they cancelled my booking and told me I'll get my full refund in 45 to 60 working days. They processed cancellation and refund on 6th February so it's been more than 3 months now and there is no intimation about refund. The customer service number doesn't work and they are not even replying on emails. So I called Air india Directly but they said they can't do anything about it as I Booked with third part and not Directly with them and they also toldt they didn't receive any refund request from yatra.com so far. So I dnt know what is yatra exactly doing. Please help me to get my money back. 13000 us a very huge amount for any lower class people. Please u humbly request you to help me.

                Bank has told me that you have received my money from airlines. So please refund my money. Bcz u paid it to airlines and thru chargeback airlines has refunded u the money. But u are not refunding that money to me. I hv been waiting since 3 months

                      I have 2 round trip tickets booked for Andaman and Nicobar islands for 27th April and return on 2nd May. We are in bad situation due to Pandemic and want to avail free reschedule of our tickets. As I had a discussion with Air India team they are ready to do but as our tickets are booked through Yatra.com they informed that Yatra.com can only reschedule our tickets and there is no contact number of Yatra. And I have dropped an email but nobody is responding on that.

                        I have booked a ticket for my daughter who will be travelling from Bengaluru to Chandigarh via Delhi on 18/04/21. Her flight has been rescheduled in such a manner that she will be arriving at Delhi from Bengaluru @14:10 and her flight for Chandigarh from Delhi leaves @13:40. I would like to know how would she board the flight from Delhi before reaching there. This is ridiculous. Please resolve this asap.

                          If you are booking a hotel through Yatra.com, I suggest you all never to do so.

                          Yatra.com does all the unethical practices in connivance with many such kind of hotels. If you are booking, at least never book a hotel for which cancellation and refund is not allowed. And if you book so, ready to face surprises.

                          Customer service team of yatra.com, hotel division is the worst one among all the service providers in India.

                            I have bought an insurance while booking my ticket. I need to claim for loss due to cancellation. I had bought yatra digit cancellation policy.
                            As per link below user has to cancel online and then accordingly refund will be processed. Please refund my amount which I have paid, I bought insurance also.

                            Please find attached image which shows I have paid extra amount for insurance policy. Insurance policy also covers claim amount in case of trip cancellation. So I had cancelled my ticket and I am eligible for claim.

                            Can you please tell me in simple steps to claim for the loss due to cancellation when policy was bought at time of booking, instead of giving me different explanations.

                            Also I have received insurance number, then how come I have not paid. Why are you guys cheating your customers.

                            You have received amount for insurance right. You have given me insurance number. Send me insurance document right away. I have all the rights to ask for that. I have all the rights to claim for insurance. What kind of cheating is this. Could you have courtesy to call on my number and resolve this issue.

                              I have booked a ticket as per attached screenshot details and that ticket was cancelled by the operator due to bad weather conditions and inform me your amount will be credited within one week. But it did not happen, then i wrote the complaint mail to yatra regarding this, they said we will take your complaint under this reference no, but still now there is no response from their side regarding payment advice and even no response mail too.

                                Hi, I booked a round trip from Coimbatore to pune yesterday. My payment was made through UPI. The transaction is still pending but my amount got debited. It says that the payment had reached the receiver's bank but is yet to confirm. Can you please check and help me out at the earliest, this booking is very urgent.

                                  I booked a hotel through Yatra.com on April 8th, 2021. Money was deducted, but the site crashed as soon as it was done. No refund, all the customer care numbers are non functional, no accountability from the website either. Pathetic service. And I checked their social media, everyone has more or less the same complaint. They charge money and take months to refund. Looks like some scam! Totally unacceptable.

                                    I have booked a ticket on Yatra on 6th April, 2021 for the flight Air Asia for 12 April, 2021 and my amount of 4229 got deducted from my bank account to yatra but yatra did not book my tickets neither send me any confirmation about booking.

                                    I got my refund back to my card after complaning to the multiple sector. It has the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I had booked 2 international Jet Airways ticket via Hills n Greens Holidays agency (based in Guwahati).

                                      Airline PNR : JDPLQL
                                      Route : Mumbai - Amsterdam
                                      Intended Date of Travel :[protected]

                                      The flight was cancelled due to the Jet Airways issues but the refund has not yet been processed even after 2 years.
                                      Yatra Online / YatraTrip.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
