Despite several emails to [protected]@yatra.com,
[protected]@yatra.com,
[protected]@yatra.com
I am not able to get my refund that was issued by goair for pnr J62DPC. I am sending am email since[protected].
I had also received a response from yatra confirming thag I will be getting refund but it's not getting issued.
Not sure how to deal with this.

    Hi, i had booked my tickets from yatra dated 20 Apr 2020 costing Rs2232. Due to lock down, the Air India flight was cancelled. I had checked with the airlines, and they confirmed to refund the entire amount once Yatra raises the request.
    I have been chasinng Yatra customer care to take action on the same but nothing is being done and i am not getting any reply from Yatra.com.

      I am Rohit Chaurasiya my login number is [protected], today evening I booked my flight from Nagpur to Pune and for that I have paid 3303 Rs. But i haven't received any ticket and i can't see any booking data in my booking option. I am uploading screenshots for your reference please look into this and do the needful.

        Booking number[protected], yatra emailed me that refund has been already processed and the amount 28261.0 Rupees will get transfer to my bank account. But still the amount is not credited to my bank account, even various times I checked with Bank officers as well. There is no thread of the refund under Bank Transaction ID [protected] which yatra has provided to me. It's a pathetic process now to get my own money. Please help asap.

          Dear concern,

          We tried to cancel our flight tickets reference no.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].

          By using our Yatra login but it is not working so we cancelled the tickets directly from airlines. Now our refund will be done by your side so please let me know the duration of processing refund.

          I tried every link as well as your website but nothing is working there is no one to answer my queries. I feel like I m stuck in a very bad services.
          It is a worst experience with Yatra.com.
          If possible, please provide me a contact number from where I can get all the details and status update.

                  I am Sumedha and I booked a ticket from Bhubaneshwar to Patna for traveling on 14/1/2021.I had booked it using the yatra application on 12/01/2021 and payment was made through Google pay. I have attached the transaction proof with this mail. The payment was successful but I didn't get any ticket confirmation from you through email or in the application. I also registered the complaint on the application and mailed yatra support but have not received any response so far. This is so unfair, that people might look into it and they lose interest in our property.                                   Hi,

                                  I had make a hotel booking via yatra app. Money got deducted but the booking is not found on the app or on login. Fortunately I received a mail with booking reference number from yatra. But now when I want to cancel my booking I'm unable to do it because my booking can't be found, and I have written several mails to yatra and called them but to no avail.
                                  I saw their social media and there are so many complaints with the same problem.
                                  There is no way to contact them on call as it says send email or when you call it disconnects.
                                  Our plans changed due to some medical emergency and now we're unable to cancel the booking and get back our money.

I booked the tickets using yatra application on 01/07/2021 and payment made through Google pay. I have attached the transaction proof with this mail. After payment is done I didn't get any tickets confirmation from you through email or in the application. I felt really coz I have booked tickets before thrice in the same application. I also registered the complaint in the application 6 hours ago but no response. So kindly call to my register mobile number [protected] and let me know. It's a huge money I used to book and it's a emergency trip so kindly do the needful.
